It's a great company. They call to let you know when they will be there and they show up almost exactly on time (within minutes). The sales person (Gabe) and the plumbers themselves are friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything went smoothly and it was a huge job. They started with sheet rock people that cut 50' worth of holes in the ceiling and walls. They covered everything in sight and there was surprisingly little dust. Then the pipe installers ran hot, cold, and recirculating pipes for about 50' each. All of the joints were soldered very cleanly and they used very good looking pipe vibration brackets in the walls. The water was only off for a short amount of time on one day when they replaced the water heater, connected up the new lines and capped off the slab lines. The final sheet rock work came last and was pretty good. The ceiling does not look perfect but it's really hard to notice imperfections in the texture unless you stare at it for awhile. What we attained by doing this big job was a huge decrease in the time to get hot water to our kitchen and master bath. Originally, the plumbing took a circuitous route from the heater to the kitchen sink. I measured 70' of pipe. (Crazy, I know.) It took more than 2 minutes to get hot water at the faucet. Furthermore, it would cool off if the water was shut off for more than 15 - 30 seconds. The cement slab would suck the heat right out of the pipes. At 2 min. 21 sec. it reached 121 degrees. It left the water heater at 140 degrees. With the new plumbing, I have the recirculating pump running on a timer with push button switches in the kitchen and master bath. Press the button, the pump runs for 1/2 hour. I notice no extra energy cost using it this way. More importantly, with the pump running, I get hot water to the kitchen in 6 seconds. (That is not an exaggeration). I took extensive measurements before and after. In addition, the pipe insulation does it's job. Even when the pump shuts off, the water stays hot in the lines for a long time. I'm using far less water and less energy. The master bathroom hot water time went from 120 seconds to 9 seconds. It's been about 2 months since the installation and everything works perfectly. They have not had to come back for any repairs.

We are very satisfied. They quoted four thousand but it ended up being cheaper.

We wanted a seismic gas shutoff valve (shuts of gas in the event of an earthquake to prevent a fire), but had an odd pipe configuration (lots of changes in diameter) near the gas meter. Another plumber came out, quoted, got confused, requoted, then never called me back. Albert Nahman sent out an estimator and then sent us a quote. We called to schedule work and the job was done promptly for the quoted price.

The experience from start to finish was professional. This included the initial contact all the way through to follow up the company performs after the service is completed. They also happily honored the discount provided to Angie's list members.

Water line was broken by paving company installing new pavers. Nahman's plumbers arrived quickly, replaced the water line and when they couldn't return to fill the trench they had made, they paid the paving company to fill it.

The people who delivered the dishwasher didn?t tell me that it had to be removed. The plumber told that he would do it for me. Their price was reasonable. They sent over somebody to do the estimate, and then sent the plumber. They were quick, and they worked per my convenience.

Work was done efficiently in a few minutes. I paid $45 to get an estimate, then $150 for the actual job. After subtracting the $20 coupon and a 5% senior discount, the cost seemed high. Not going ahead with the work would still have cost $45. Admittedly not having used a plumber in many years, I felt the cost was high.

We recently bought a foreclosed home that needed serious plumbing work. About half of the supply piping under the house was illegal PVC and needed to be replaced. In addition the water heater was non-functional, as were both of the toilets. Gabe came out and was very professional while giving his estimate, he was even able to drop his estimate significantly when we changed our mind about some work in a laundry area. We found their estimate very reasonable and scheduled the work. On the starting day, Orlando and his crew arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional. They ran into a number of problems on that first day when we discovered there was no crawl space access to one of our bedrooms. Once they got access, they also realized extra work that would need to be done. Gabe called later that afternoon to tell me they would need to increase their estimate $400 in light of the new problems (some of which we'd discussed the possibility of during the initial walk through), but would only charge us for the added labor and not materials. The rest of the work went smoothly and was completed promptly. All the workers were very polite and professional, and did a great job cleaning up all debris at the end of the work. My only complaint would be that scheduling the final finishing work and payment could have gone smoother. I had to call to ask when they would patch holes in walls and do other finish work when I'd seen no workers for 2 days after the final inspection. They let me know that they were waiting for my next payment installment, which no one informed me of. Once that was straightened out though they quickly came out on a Saturday morning and finished everything up to my satisfaction.

They are fantastic, i am already planning to have them out agaqan to install a water heater. I also joined their Diamond Service because i am very confident in their work and it can allow me to save for any future plumbing. They do a quality job and you need the best to do the work so you dont have to have it replaced again for a while. They are amazing, they clean up very well; highly recommend without reservation

We have used this company for 2 different services and both times they were great. The first time we called with a backed up toilet. We only have 1 toilet in the house and a potty training child! Talk about emergency. When we called they scheduled someone to come out within a few hours and took care of the problem. They were quick to respond, the service person was professional and very helpful. The second time we called we had them install a tankless water heater. Pablo was very knowledgeable, professional and provided the best service. Overall we were very pleased with their service and will call on them in the future!

The experience overall was fabulous. From the intitial phone call to set up the appointment to the completion, everyone was super. Chris, the plumber, showed up exactly on-time (he would have been early, but parking is "fun" where I live). He was knowledgeable, the price was very reasonable, and he got the job done in a very clean and efficient manner. He had to cut into the sheetrock to install the vent, but made a very clean cut which made patching the area very straightforward, which I so appreciate. I liked the work and the price was right-on, so I scheduled them to some out the next day to install a hose bib. The office followed-up with me quickly and I was able to get a next day appointment. It really can't get any better than this.

The whole experience was fantastic... Gabriel did the quoting process... Mario was the lead plumber on the project... Started and finished on time... I'm a very demanding client and they exceeded my expectations...

They worked very efficiently and brought in enough people to get the job done in one day. We did have to look over their shoulders every once in a while to make sure everything got done as we wanted, but other than that we are 100% satisfied.

He is good and he was there on time. He is very professional and friendly. He did the work that I wanted. He is a little on the expensive side.

The company personnel were very friendly when I called, scheduled an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. The plumber came on time and, though very young, was friendly and knowledgeable. He took a bit longer than I anticipated to do the work, but was careful (wore shoe coverings inside) and explained what he was doing when asked. He also tested his work with me when completed. The only negative was that the bill was more than I expected, and I had difficulty understanding the bill, although the young plumber did his best to explain. When I called the company afterwards, the service representative was very patient, explained everything and gave me a reduction in the bill.

They were pricy, but they were very punctual. What was very nice about them was they were very nice to the neighbors around. They made a good impression. They even re-piped my neighbors entire house.

The plumber came in during a busy time: home inspector was there, and carpet cleaners were cleaning, just before we moved in. Mike was great. He did the work needed promptly, took extreme precautions to keep our carpets clean and gave us great options. I was thrilled it didn't cost a mint, and that the work was done so quickly and professionally.

Scheduling was a bit of a hassle...mainly because I was busy. Overall, very good experience.

They're totally professional, totally reliable, excellent work, reasonable rates. I just can't say enough good things about them. Their reliability and dependability are the main things. They're outstanding about cleaning up after themselves. They have a number of different plumbers and we get a different time. Every one of them has been completely trained, had the right parts, knew what they were doing and charged a reasonable price. It's not a one-man operation.

Punctual and did good quality of work. Their prices were a little on the high side. I did get them from the list.
