It went great, and I highly recommend them for the quality of their work, I just think $829 dollars to install four valves was a bit extreme. I'm sure there are more reasonably priced plumbers.

It took two visits, I was well informed at every stage.

They showed up, take one look at the job, and told me I need a new heater. Since they were unable to upsell me the most expensive thing possible they immediately left. I had another HVAC company look at the job. They confirmed nothing was wrong with the heater and they quoted me a estimate at a fraction of the price of a new heater. Caveat emptor!

Gentleman was courteous and professional. Pilot generator was replaced and gas valve installed.

Jose, the service technician, was not only professional in getting the job done, he was also patient when explaining the drain problem to me and he was careful in replacing items that were taken out under the kitchen sink cabinets.

The service was prompt and professional, but overall very expensive for what was done. The cost was over $700 for less than 3hrs work from one person, plus the cost of the estimate. They replaced burned out main and backup sump pumps . Through no fault of theirs, the backup was faulty. So, in fact the backup did not get installed. The next day I purchased a new one and called back to ask if they would install the back up and if I had to pay more for them to do it. This would have been less than an hour to do. Even after several calls to them and speaking with several people, they never called me back or answered my question. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't pay them until the full service was complete. I felt like once they got my payment, they really couldn't be bothered to call me back. Although the actual workers that came out were great, I won't be using them in the future.

The work done by Nicholas was resourceful (involving hooking up a new heater with different requirements into a gas supply and vent system installed thirty years earlier) and carefully executed. He's a knowledgeable, courteous, and highly skilled professional.

Jonny was very thorough and checked with the City to determine if the blockage was on my property or the City. He then explained the problem and performed work with efficiency. Everything was completely cleaned up.

We could not have had a better experience! Deepak so patiently listened to every one of our concerns, and step by step investigated the whole house to help us find the answers, greatly easing our worries. He solved the washing machine problem with the simple replacement of supply lines with lines of a better quality (which he actually had to go back to the company to get), and he did also replace those rusted supply lines in the bathroom. He also gave us a detailed idea of the services available to investigate more thoroughly some of our worries, such as how to service the tankless water heater and how to be sure the waste lines were sound. He was such a good listener (really, adressing every one of our concerns) that we are left feeling very secure in, not only the excellent work he did, but in this company which we will, now, surely call first for any plumbing or heating needs!

Responsive service; on time; reasonable arrival window (meaning I didn't have to wait around for 4 hours!). Super nice technicians. Good solutions that make sense to the average homeowner. No up selling to things you really don't need. They just assess the problem and fix it. Right on time in the agreed upon window. Because I called early morning, they actually had a same day service appointment !!! This company has always delivered for me on my rental property and my personal property !! I like the reasonable price on 'small jobs' meaning less than $500. Some plumbing companies won't take small jobserved like that. The service fee to diagnose is extremely reasonable. And once they are there, you should just OK the work and be done with your plumbing problem !!

That is part of the service agreement. They come out at a time that is convenient, usually very responsive. This was not an emergency but when i have had an emergency they have come out immediately.

I don't understand why there is no free on-site evaluation. First off, inspite of describing the problem, they NEED to come onsite to give a fair quote. They charge a lot for just coming on-site. And the quote for the actual work? it'd been 10% of a bathroom remodel.

They delivered. They got a plumber out here. Because he didn't have the proper tools or crew with him, the plumber turned off our water and promised to come on Saturday to fix everything. He did it. Arrived punctually. Went above and beyond. This was a major leak from the main line caused by a corroded pipe. It was a big endeavor. While the price to fix that was expensive, I think it was competitive. For the emergency visit on a holiday weekend, the charge was so reasonable that I thought I heard her wrong.
