Technician successfully did the flush and then found that the anode rod needed to be replaced. He replaced that and then offered an annual inspection for $99/yr. Don't know how much anode rods cost to replace so don't know if this was a good price or not.

Wonderful! The owner called to reschedule an appointment to a better time for me. Then called again to confirm. The service was performed with no fuss, after he thoroughly explained everything, including options. Excellent!

Work not completed because age of water heater—technician advised that a leak might occur during the maintenance flushing. Received valuable advice about purchasing a new unit without any sales pressure from technician. Very pleased with service.

James came out late on a Friday evening and was very nice, professional and easy to deal . He did the flush, but he did not feel comfortable going under the house. Our crawl space is short. He said he would have them call me Monday to schedule someone smaller. Monday, no call. Tuesday I call, they say they are aware and will call me later in the day to schedule. Later, no call. Thursday, I call back. Let them know of the situation, he asks me to hold. I wait a few minutes, he comes back and tell me it will cost $360 because they will have to dig due to the narrow crawl space. Now, I've had at least 5 different guys, one guy bigger than James, go under the house and get around. Thankfully we have a home warranty, which we call on and had a guy go under the house and find 2 leaks! Oak seems to be looking for more money on this "deal". I got no inspection. JOB NOT COMPLETE! I would have given them an F, but James was cool. Anything above an F was due to James. Oak get straight F's for this "deal".

The service technician discovered the hot water heating setting was too low. He adjusted it and the issue was resolved. He was competent and friendly. My only criticism would be that he spent some extra time writing up quotes for suggestions on additional work in which I was not interested.

Damarus was awesome! He took the time to go everything with me and show me how to maintain things as well. Would like to do more business with him and Oak as well in the future. It's a little bit pricey but it was worth every penny.

It was great because they went out of the why to repair what I did wrong without having to provide major repairs and costs.

Assessed the problems with my leaky sink and dishwasher and was able to quickly able to remedy the problem. Was very helpful, informative and patient with all of my questions. I received a text from him when he was on his way with a photo of what he looked like. He also wore "booties" in the house, which was a big bonus for me because we do not wear shoes in our home. I will for sure call Oak Plumbing, requesting Matt, for any and all future plumbing needs I have. I give him a 5 star review!

His follow on service, responding to questions re: possible expansion and adding a bathroom was spot on and immediate. Even coming from Vacaville California to Shingle Springs California (95 Mile one way), Matt was able to finish the project in 1-1/2 days (other local plumbers quoted 3-4 days and were anywhere from $950-$1300.00 higher on their bids). Matt not only completed the project 4 hours earlier than his bid, he added an exterior hot and cold tap for cool weather dog washes at no additional charge. I have since used the services of Matt Harris, (owner of Oak Plumbing), for several other plumbing jobs and have always been satisfied with the bidding process, service and reliability.
