Outstanding. Their employee Jared fixed everything quickly and was able to fix a faucet that a previous plumber had not fixed correctly. And did it all in about 2.5 hrs. This included replacing a three piece faucet in one of our bathrooms. Four diff jobs. Great Job Jared. 👍🏻

The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. I was impressed with Oak Plumbing right from my first call. The dispatcher told me exactly what to expect from the technicians when they came out to access my plumbing issue, they came out early the very next morning, and I was sent a text letting me know they were on the way with Matt’s background and a picture! When you are a female living alone, that means a lot. Matt and Andrew of could not have been more pleasant. They gave me good, honest advice and a very fair price compared to the other ones I had received. They started right away that day, and promised to finish it up the next day, which they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

. I called Oak Plumbing. The main office was responsive and setup an appointment. This was followed up with a same day notification. Matt and team arrived on time, previewed the jobs and gave a reasonable quote. They were professional and very respectful of our home and us. The work was of top quality and within the time estimated. Both men had great personalities which made the job less apprehensive. They also supplied useful information for future maintenance. I will surely use Oak Plumbing for future project’s and highly recommend them to anyone with a problem.

Water Fossett. They were unable to fix the Fossett. They have to order a part and return on a different day to fix it.

Our service technician was very well versed in plumbing issues. We had a couple of quirky issues with our new home-- one was murky or cloudy water at various faucets throughout the house. Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. This was confirmed, but we went through a number of tests to rule out other possibilities. Our technician thoroughly analyzed our entire house, the products we installed, and then went away and did some research on his own on our water heater and other products or solutions that we could consider. We were very pleased with his knowledge and attention. The charge was more than fair for the amount of work and time he put into researching our problems. We will definitely use Oak Plumbing in the going foward.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment through their call center. Once I got off the phone, I immediately received a confirmation email and text with a picture of the technician. The technician was punctual, friendly, and professional. He explained what most likely led to the failure and provided different options for the repair. After half an hour, the repair was complete and I was able to get right back to my weekend without missing a beat.

The technician Steve was very professional on time efficient and very honest about what work I needed to be done. It was a very pleasant secretary that answered the phone that make the appointment she was very professional over the phone. Over all this company is great and I would refer others and definitely call them again.

We had some service provided by Oak Plumbing who we made contact with through Angie's List. The work was "finished" in late November/early December. Unfortunately, we had to call the company back later in December because things were not properly finished and we had more issues with the bathroom and kitchen plumbing. Unfortunately, they were still not properly finished/functioning and we had to have them back in January. Recently we have been noticing dampness and musty odors throughout the house and I investigated, again finding an issue with the plumbing work. The plumbers came back out and have stated they have finally fixed the plumbing issue. The problem is that the plumbing issue has created other issues within our walls, crawl space and possibly subfloor. The issue has been magnified and we had testing for mold completed last week and it came back positive but only in the area where the work was performed. The plumbers claim that their workmanship/materials did not cause the problems and are not willing to address the new issues. I was told that someone from the plumbing company would contact me last Thursday, but I never heard from anyone. I made contact again, asking to have the owner(s) call me, was hung up on and still have not heard from the company. This is extremely frustrating, as we spent a lot of money for their service which has now affected another home improvement service (crawl space liner) that was a month old when the plumbers came out initially and has spread into damaging our wall, not to mention the possibility of the subfloor. I have tried to explain this to the general manager of the plumbing company and would like to also explain it to the owner(s), but seem to being blocked from doing so as the general manager is the one who has hung up on me. I have called back once each day since, just trying to explain the situation to someone other than the general manager as I am not convinced the messages are being forwarded to someone who would be willing to listen and help. Initially, we were happy with the service and the work, but that has changed.

E-mailed for confirmation and called with photo of technician before arriving. Plumber was very courteous and professional. He was very attentive and respectful to my mother whose shower he attended. Oak Plumbing was very highly rated on several social sites and will definitely recommend and use again.

We had another company do leak detection for us and hired Oak Plumbing to do the fix. It turned out the leak detection company was wrong about the exact nature of the leak. Oak plumbing came out and helped use nail down which pipe was leaking and capped it off. They worked within our limited budget and figured out how to reroute plumbing from our bathroom upstairs to replace the pipe to the Kitchen that we had to cap. They did a great job giving us options and even worked within out budget!

When you find a skilled plumber you can trust, never let him go. We are thrilled to have found Danny Jimenez from Oak Pluming. Within minutes of my query on Angie's List, I received a response from Terry. He was friendly when I called and let me know he could have someone out by mid-morning. Communications were excellent on when to expect Danny. I received a text message he was on his way and the text included his photo. He arrived and got to work right away. He didn't see an issue with the leak under the sink and said the stains were from an old leak. It only took some skillful plunging to unclog the toilet and he was more than happy to share his technique next time we get in this kind of "jam". He was able to quickly adjust the shower valve to increase the hot water flow and within 20 minutes, he was done. Some of you out there might be laughing at how inept we are at managing minor plumping situations and deserve to be taken advantage of. This isn't Oak Plumbing's philosophy. They could have charged much more but instead, charged a fair price. Danny was quite pleasant to talk to and through him, I really got the company's commitment to doing the right thing and gaining trust with its customers. Oak Pluming has my highest recommendation for minor plumbing jobs and ones requiring a master plumber like Danny. He and Oak Pluming have earned a spot in my smart phone contacts list and will be our go-to plumber as long as we are in the Bay Area.

Stan was excellent. Very professional and courteous. He would explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even gave me some pointers when doing plumbing. He was a pleasure to have at my house while performing the services for our plumbing repair. I felt the price was fair considering the quality of the workmanship, product and the warranty associated with the purchase. I will definitely use Oak Plumbing in the future and specifically request Stan.

These guys will profess that they want to "bring customer service back to plumbing" but at the end of the day they are no different than hiring a functional drug user off of Craigslist. This is what I did the first time, but then turned to Angie's List for what I thought would be an upgrade. I was wrong. And unfortunately Angie's List takes a hit when they promote unprofessional companies like Oak plumbing... Long story short- After taking many steps to get the approval from the landlord where I own my business to have Stan, their tech, assess & fix my plumbing issue, he did not show. And I can understand that things happen but what makes matters worse is that NO ONE FROM THIS COMPANY CONTACTED ME as I patiently waited for them from 2pm-6pm as instructed. Not even an update from their receptionist. When I asked to speak with their manager, Chad, he did not reach out but instead evaded me. So by now I'm wondering if the melanin in my skin played a role in their lack of professionalism towards me. Why do they provide "top" customer service to these others folks but not me? It's unfortunate but a reality we must face. So be forwarded, continue ur search for an efficient plumber who will be professional all the way through & not just in words. It will save u the grief I am going through.

Plumber was great but expensive for recommended service.
