Came on time-very important, I hate waiting. Diagnosed, estimated, came back with parts, did installation - all friendly, workmanlike and professional. I thought it was over priced, but a friend, who is a retired plumbing contractor, did an estimate and told me it was right on the mark.

Fixed the dripping faucet and was a nice guy

Our plumber was very professional, on time and a pleasure to talk with. Very knowledgeable about what was going on and gave me a great insight into what I may need to do in the future but right now everything looks good. He definitely didn't make me feel like I needed more work done than I needed.

so far so good, still waiting on a final inspection but that's the city's hold up. not oak plumbings delay. i had a bid that was a little lower but opted to go with this company. their plumber showed up on time and did a great job of explaining my options. he represented his company well and got my business. i would recommend this company,

The plumber did his job well but the service is way overpriced. He charged me over $1000 to replace a toilet and fix a leaky spigot. The company should not allow overcharging of its customers because I would not hire them again. Shame on the company.

Zach was very polite and professional. There was no mess afterwards. Would hire them again.

Good work, process slowed by an inexplicably prolonged request for permit from C. C. County. But all plumbing work was timely and well done. I recommend Oak Plumbing.

Oak Plumbing did excellent work and is very expensive. The guy, Zachary, they sent was very nice at first. He was here approximately 3to 4 hours and our bill was 2,000.00. We felt that was a bit expensive. Zachary was nice but he never pumped water through the washing machine to check if his work fixed our leak or there were other problems. Turned out a pipe was broken under the house. Zachary wanted an additional $500.00 to fix the broken pipe he missed. His personality changed when I asked him to lower the price. It was a PVC drainage pipe that needed to be replaced and the joints glued. I had to get another plumber. Zachary turned nasty, turned around, and walked away mad. He should have looked at the whole job and tested the washer after he was done. Fixing the pipes involved.

Zack took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure we understood the options.

Excellent communication from start to finish . I like that for it is important .completed all four jobs I had contracted .polite professional and attentive to getting job done . Good communication with me during the job as I was looking over their shoulder ,so to speak .

I had experienced two bad situations with two previous plumbing companies. I was not feeling optimistic. And then I connected with Oak Plumbing and the positive experience was immediate starting with Martina and ending with Travis. Both made me feel that I was important and wanted to guarantee that I had a good experience. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable, intelligent, qualified and reliable. I will only use Oak Plumbing from now forward.

The job was never completed. The young man who did the work was courteous and a hard worker. I was told that someone would contact me on how the job would be completed. No one did.

I didn't watch the technician closely., I didn't want to be in the way. .The technician was determining if the water heater was causing the particle deposits in my water pipes. It was determined the water heater was not the problem.

I had already did the review right after the service itâ s been a few months already.

They did the plumbing work well. Need to watch them cutting wallboard as they cut more holes than needed and they are poor difficult to patch holes. Somewhat more expensive than expected.

They addressed the initial issue, but, I still had to do an improvement in order for the toilet to flush because what they replaced did not work with the existing toilet handle. Not sure why the service guy did not catch that.

Travis was an excellent tradesman. The project was completed on time and with excellent results.

The plumber that was sent was very friendly and easy to work with.
