Same day service. Gave me 3 options with costs for fixing my problem. Plumber was knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, friendly and competent.

Kudos to Danny Jimenez for his experience & knowledge in quickly & correctly diagnosing the plumbing problem/issue. I originally thought-and the personnel @ the Contra Costa Water District confirmed after a telephone consultation-that there was water loss caused by a leak. Such was not the case. Danny diagnosed that there is water loss but no leak! His analysis changed the entire situation which results in a great savings in repairs.

Danny was great! Extremely thorough, he explained everything to us in detail and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. He went above and beyond the expectations for a plumbing inspection, and we plan to hire him to make the necessary repairs and upgrades to our new home!

Chad responded to my request for quote within two hours, and Matt arrived punctually at the appointed time. Chad performed a thorough safety inspection which revealed some serious issues we were unaware of. Matt performed all th work in less time than he estimated and left the site tidy and well organized.

I decided to switch over to a tankless water heater after a friend had one installed. I used the same plumbing company (Oak Plumbing) and could not be happier. The installation itself was done in a very professional manner and the bonus is that my PGE bill has been zero since it was installed. I am very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Harris. Because of that, I also had him install all new copper pipes in one of my rental properties and I am planning on having him do the same thing at my home property, which will also include the replacement of the sewer main (it's an old house and it is time for that big job). I trust Oak Plumbing to do this large job for me.

Matthew from Oak came out to help me resolve my fathers plumbing. I work out of state and he is an invalid. The service was not only prompt, but done right. He reviewed everything that needed to be done and my price was honest. When I returned and checked on the work done it was not only done right but nothing was missed or failed afterwards. I can not say enough about Oak taking care of my loved ones for me.
