Alejandro came out initially and did a very detailed inspection of my home. He explained, in detain, everything that was currently going on in my home with the termites, and created a diagram. On the day of treatment. Thomas and Jesus showed up on time. Alejandro also came by, as he said he would, to oversee and make sure the project went as it should have., and provided a two-year warranty. I'm grateful that I found this Company when I did.

Alex came for inspection a bit earlier than usual to accommodate my schedule. Very thoroughly explained all the process. The crew called a head of arrival and worked hard in sweltering heat. Very detail oriented and professional. They were middle of the 3 bids I got for the job and I feel the price was very reasonable. I also liked that the chemical they use is environmentally conscience.

Jesus and Thomas did a very professional job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Alex was honest about identifying what kind of bugs we had and how they could best be controlled. He was attentive to our needs to both eradicate the bugs from the home and do so in a way that did not poison my pets, other living creatures that inhabit my organic food garden, and me by extension. The price was in line with their competitors, but they offered a two year guarantee, rather than the standard one year. The home structure had to be drilled into and the chemicals shot into the walls. They drilled the exterior completely around and did the inside walls as well. They were great about finding ways to avoid drilling newly plastered and painted walls. They patched all of the exterior stucco. The interior wall openings were left open as I am also rewiring the home and planned to re-plaster the walls when all of this repair work is done anyway. Jesus and Thomas did most of the work and were respectful of the home and toward me in doing the work. Alex was good to his word about spending half day to make sure everyone was one the same page as to precisely what was to be done and where. I am please with the service I received and would recommend them highly.
