He s a very nice young man and specially when it comes down to giving you the best deal for the work that will be perform at your house. Alex is our inspector did an amazing job evaluating our home. We were so glad that we did not have to fumigate. He was able to educate us into details on how termites work and exactly what had to be done as a control and prevention for our home. Also, he was able to work around our schedule in which him and Jesus *The Applicator Technician* show up at an earlier time and on a Sunday. I can not ask for more. Wilson and his team were great. From dropping off protective bags for food and medicine to dealing with the gas company, they handled everything perfectly.

No work has been done at this time. I only had an inspection. Wilson found evidence of termites and provided me with options.

Came out promptly scheduled the appointment for Thermidor treatment. Showed up on time and did a great job.

Alex was great when he visited our home and was very informative on the process and options. He was great with following up before and after treatment. The technician that was sent out was also great! He was very clean and did his work very professionally. I have never dealt with Termites in the past but dealing with this company was simple and easy.

Superior crew was friendly and arrived on time to start the fumigation process. Set- up and removed the tent was done as scheduled. Pricing was reasonable. Their equipment truck was impressive.

I had ignored the termites for too long and had a couple companies come out to inspect and quote. They were very expensive and recommended the highest priced treatment. I was frustrated and finally found HomeAdvisor on an internet search. Superior Care Termite responded immediately and i scheduled an appointment. I was very impressed with Alex! He was on time, courteous, and thoughtfully went through the house inside and out. He told me my options but recommended that i could go with the less expensive treatment and it would do the trick. He was also very honest about potential risks with tenting. I was so happy to not have to tent! I really appreciated his honesty! The job was done on time and without leaving a trace that a crew had been there. I recommended them to my neighbor, who already recommended them to their friends. I highly recommend Alex and Superior Care!

We were expecting to pay at least $2,500 to have our house treated for termites. It's been 11 years since the last treatment. The online ranges for this work were between $2,500 and $5,000 with an average of $3,500. They came in at $1,850, did a fantastic job, showed up on time--overall, great company!
