Very easily to coordinate schedules to provide an estimate and do the work. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended their services to the community. There are over 500 units in the building where my condo is located.

My wife and I started using Smart House Cleaning a little over a year ago after we were injured in a traffic accident. We found them through Angie?s List, which alone was worth the cost of subscribing to the list. The owners, Josue and Andrea, are wonderful hardworking people, who provide a great cleaning service. My wife elected to continue having the house cleaned after we recovered from the accident. The cost is better than most, and has remained a very good value. As with all business dealings, if I put a little effort into asking the right questions I get better answers, and this is also true with Smart House Cleaning. If I am specific in communicating what I want done, and how I want it done, I get great results. The two employees who clean our house every other week are prompt, reliable, friendly and consistent in their work. If there is ever an issue of timeliness, work quality or anything else, that issue, when addressed to the owners, is resolved immediately by Josue or Andrea. We are dealing with people, not a big corporation, and people, being human, can occasionally make mistakes or omissions. The mark of a superior company is how the company handles those issues, and Smart House Cleaning backs the work 100% and will return very promptly to make any issue right. We are one family who highly recommends Smart House Cleaning.

I first contacted Josue (owner) just before we finished a kitchen remodel, to come in and completely clean the entire house. To include: walls, ceiling, floors , carpet, windows , shutters. Just make the home clean again after major construction. He was able to come in on Saturday and clean my house in about 4-5 hours. He did a great job and was glad to see that construction mess gone. He did such a good job we signed onto his biweekly service and have been happy ever since. The 2 gals that do the cleaning are always here on time and are ever so pleasant to be around My home is never dirty now. My neighbors also use Smart house cleaning and love their service too!!!

We've been using Smart House Cleaning for about 5 months, and we're very happy with their service. I've been waiting to write a review because I wanted to ensure there was consistency in service and performance, but there definitely is. Upon my first call, Andrea came to the house to look over the scope of the work so that she could quote ongoing service. This took all of 15 minutes, and she wrote me several quotes depending on the frequency of cleaning we wanted. The first cleaning is a deep cleaning which takes several hours and costs a little more, but it's worth it. They've been very patient with us in accommodating an acceptable time to come every three weeks. We both work and it has been difficult to find a time that works. Apparently they have many clients who give them keys and/or alarm codes, but we are not comfortable with that so it makes it more complicated. They completely respect the fact that we're not comfortable with that. The same two girls show up every three weeks, which is nice. They are many times sitting outside when we arrive, simply because they have completed their previous cleaning assignment early. They vacuum, dust, and mop all floors (we have wood). They scour both the kitchen and bathrooms. We love it because we loathe doing that and now we don't have to do it (as often anyway). They bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They are efficient and have the routine down to a science. If there are special cleaning requests, it will cost a little more. Also, make sure the requests are understood clearly, as there can be a slight language barrier. I highly recommend Smart House Cleaning!

They arrived early with a full crew as they had the impression they were cleaning an empty apartment. Once the actual requirements were made clear, the owner sent everyone home and kept a mother/daughter duo to do the cleaning. They were hard-working and thorough to what would be expected and completed the cleaning in several hours. The owner returned when the cleaning was finished and spent the major part of the afternoon assisting me in re-hanging my blinds and cleaning the carpet in the main areas. This is a family owned and run business with an intent to do the best work possible and for a fair price. I would definitely recommend them and will likely use them again.

They did a fabulous job! They even cleaned the top of my ceiling fan blades that everyone misses (even me!). My windows need to be kept clean because I have lovely ocean views & they clean them and keep the sliding screen gutters clean. I also usually am not satisfied with the cleanliness of my shower but they keep the grout from building up because they really scrub it. I have three bathrooms, wooden shutters or blinds on all of my windows and dust is a big problem. They are fast - which in the past has meant the cleaner wasnt really cleaning well - but Josue and his team are fast and my place is clean - the floors, the windows, the bathrooms, everything dusted, my small patio. Im very satisfied with them and expect they will be cleaning my home from now on.

They were great. The call periodically and ask how I am. They do great service and go extra little things to help me, such as straighten my linen closet.

I hired Josue and his team to come in and do a deep clean after some construction at the house. Aside from the price being extremely reasonable, he did a great job. Cleaning from ceiling to floor in every room, the house was returned back to normal within a matter of hours. They even use green cleaning products, which is a great option with the kids and pets around. After that initial deep cleaning, I hired him and his company to do weekly cleaning services and so far (3 weeks in) it's been great.

They are very responsive as far a last minute services and the pricing is very good but the quality is fair.

I'm very satisfied with their services. They are typically on time, thorough, and fairly priced.

Over the 18 months of their service, I must say that the price is fair but the quality is inconsistent. The two cleaning ladies who come to the house tend to gloss over the surface - there is no apparent pride in their work. Every time they come they leave things unplugged, leave lights or fans going, change the place of throw rugs, don't clean at least one major surface, etc. Worse, they are careless; rough. They bang and push versus wipe and pick up. This last time, we came home to find a framed photograph face down on the floor - the glass was broken. When wiping down the mini-blinds (which I appreciate is a part of the regimen), they used a dirty or wet rag, and made streaks across the large picture window I had just cleaned the prior weekend. Often, the blinds are all tweaked (in several different positions) after they have been here. We have a coffee cup collection in a bookcase and to prove they have dusted (believe me, we would notice if they hadn't), and they turn them around backwards. Same with other objects - they spread them around as an apparent statement they'd jabbed their duster there. We must constantly ask that they clean the tub, or they don't do it. Recently, I learned they rarely mop the kitchen floor. So while the price would be great if the job were stellar, the job is mediocre - always. The one and only reason I haven't changed cleaning services is that they have been honest - nothing stolen. But there needs to be some quality control and some standards set or I will find a bonded service to do a more thorough job.

Always satisfied with the services performed on cleaning day. Smart House Cleaning goes the extra mile to make everything sparkle. They even change the bedding if you don't do it yourself. The cleaning job, done by another service prior to my move in, was less than I would have required. Smart House Cleaning fixed all the mistakes made by the other company and found those areas that needed more attention. Walking into a house that smells, looks, and feels clean is a great experience at the end of a long day.

Smart house cleaning (Josue and I believe his wife), came to clean our house before a huge party. They did a pretty good job the first time they came. they did everything that I had asked for. My floors (which are very old and damaged) looked a lot better, my oven and fridge looked great. I was completely happy. They only charged my $150. The next two times just seemed like a quick once over, they floors weren't very clean, the furniture wasn't moved, items weren't moved to dust, nothing seemed straightened. There was not much attention to detail. The price is right, and the cleaning is okay, they are very sweet and trust worthy. I just like my home much cleaner. I wish I could keep them but in my experience you can't tell someone how to do their job.

Smart House Cleaning has been cleaning our home now for exactly one year (every other week); we have been completely satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Josue and Andrea (Owners) met with us initially to see exactly what our needs were for house cleaning and have provided us with consistently great staff to keep our home sparkling clean. All the staff have been friendly and conscientious toward their jobs. Josue and Andrea are prompt in responding to phone calls, efficient in handling all requests, and pay attention to detail.

SmartClean has been doing my heavy housekeeping since August and I don't have a single complaint.

It took them a couple of days to return my call and we set up a time for an extimate. I received two calls stating that they would be late. I agreed upon the price eventhough I felt that it was very high, because I was still very ill and could not do it myself. They arrived late and one of the girls had called in sick so the owner was helping. The girl did not speak English,but I was able to communicate a bit with her. She was doing a fair job on the dishes and on part of the kitcfhen wall, but did not get it clean. The second day two girls came and I was able to help for 20 minutews at a time. The job was poorly done because they did not have the equipment they needed. about 5 days after they left, I wasn putting a trash bag into the trash bin when a handle of one of my pots poked through. I opened the bag and found two more pots with lids in the bag as well as measuring spoons and two ceramic pie plates.. I called one of my sons to come over to help me go through the trash bags. We found a total of 7 pots and pans including my 15inch stainless fry pan, my pyres measuring cups most of my corning ware, knives, forks and carving knives,andall of my cutting boards as well as my dish towels and pot holders. My tupperware and spice rack with spices and papertowel holder were also in the trash. I also found parts to my mixer, parts to my dishwasher and new unopened bags of coffee in the trash. I have been very angry and somewhat depressed about their lack of concern for my things and their disregard for my instructions. Although I would like to have someone come in for a couple of hours a week to do the heavy cleaning, I am now gun shy as these people were supposed to have an A rating from you.

Everything was cleaned thoroughly. I love having a sparkling clean house! I will use them regularly from here on.

Josue's team is great each and every time they come. They dust the blinds 1x per month, on occation they will completely clean and organize my pantry (love that).. They are always on time, have NEVER missed a visit. If I ask for extra services, they are happy to do them. If I leave clean sheets on the bed, they'll swap out the linens. They clean my sliding glass door when it really needs it (no other housekeepers have done that). Basically they do a great job getting my house clean (and with two dogs, that's not easy). I have had housekeepers on and off for most of my life and haven't ever found a team that is consistently good or reliable... until now.

Been using Smart House Cleaning for several years now and are very pleased. Both Josue and Andrea are very professional and easy to work with and more than once have been willing to alter our regular schedule to accommodate special requests/extra days from us. The women who come to do the work are also very professional and very nice and very reliable. We make it challenging with two people working from home and two small kids and none of us particularly neat! One of everyone's favorite days in coming back in the house after they've been there.

The dusting was a swipe with a cloth apparently. We had to redust in many places. There was no lemon oil or polish used. The shower floor had to be recleaned. a mop was propped on the hall carpet until ready for the next use. Likewise the wooden blinds were lightly swiped not damp clothed nor pressure applied, apparently. Apparently the windows were not checked as there was still residue left on some and streaks in the sunlight. According to the fee, $252, the workers were here close to four hrs. That would be 8 person hrs.,or $31+ an hour. We do not feel we received that kind of job.

Every thing went well overall...the women are neatly dressed....pleasant ...work hard and quickly...very agreeable to any suggestions...I would recommend this service enthusiastically...am very satisfied. Have had various cleaning companies and individuals employed ....Smart House Cleaning is definitely the most professional and makes me glad that I joined Angie's list.

Two girls were cleaning for three hours. They were suppose to clean the walls for the kitchen, bathrooms and woodwork including doors. They were also suppose to clean the mirrors and the showers in the bathrooms and the blinds in the two bedrooms. The blinds still had caked on carbon deposits after cleaning. The mirrors still had spots and black flakes on them. The shower walls still had caked on soap deposits. The shower door pieces were tossed in the trash. The kitchen walls and bathroom walls had not been cleaned. They were also suppose to clean the kitchen cabinets. When they were finished the outsides still had grease on them. The insides had food stains. I showed the owner how dirty things were after they finished by wiping the walls with a clean wet tissue which showed significant dirt still left there. We will need to hire another firm to finish the job.

The carpets were horribly dirty and looked much better after cleaning but still had several stains remaining (probably Not due to the cleaner but the prior tenant).

Overall , we have had positive experiences with this company. Price is right. Cheaper than most.
