Description of Work: We paid an extra $20 cash for them to use their own cleaning products - I am very glad we did, because they had some sort of amazing degreaser cleanser that got our bathtub spotless and shiny white for the first time in years. Very good!

Description of Work: I find it better and easier to work with only 2 house cleaners at a time in my multilevel home. When a group arrives they divide the time originally scheduled (ex: 4 hours of service divided by two cleaners becomes 2 hours of service for the pair of house cleaners. I understand this approach but it is hard to realize the benefit of more than 2 house cleaners because they each scatter in different directions and hard to evaluate whether a third cleaner is actually valuable in the process.

The ladies were very pleasent. They were late in arriving but it was because of my apartment complex did not have my exact address (my fault, not theirs). Sandra and Marisol were very professional and detailed and have great customer service.
Description of Work: My bedroom was cleaned from the window seals to the ceiling. My son's bedroom was perfect (although was not her job to do). Very much appreciated. All floors were vacuumed, dishes washed and bathroom (most important) was like new!

I emailed late at night on Saturday asking for info and had an email early Sunday morning. We got in phone communication on Sunday and he came out Sunday afternoon to give me a quote and scheduled a conveinent time for me on Tuesday. A team of 3 arrived EXACTLY on time with all their supplies (big deal for me since I let go my last person for not showing up on time or at all). The owner of the company introduced me to his workers, confirmed which rooms were not to be cleaned, and immediately started in. I ran some errands, and came back to a clean house. Also, my son husband had both emptied his pockets of money in a couple of places (which I hadn't realized) and when I came back, the money was neatly stacked. Very trustworthy!
Description of Work: Very dirty house. Four bedroom, 3 bath. I asked that only 2 of the bedrooms be cleaned (son's room and master, skipping the workout room and study). Both rooms were cleaned from top to bottom. The master has tile floors which were swept and mopped. The master has 2 walls of closet mirrors that were cleaned. The kid's room has carpet which was vacuumed. Cobwebs were removed and both rooms were well dusted. Items on dressers/shelves, etc. were moved and straightened to better clean. Dining area and living room have hardwood floors which were mopped and shined. Furniture was moved to better clean. Again, items that were on tables and such were moved and straightened. Kitchen cabinets were cleaned, floor mopped. Stove cleaned. Did I miss anything? I was VERY happy.

Josue and his associate arrived very punctually and after giving him a run down of the house, they got straight to work. My whole family was coming to stay with us the following week, and the house had been a bit neglected in the cleaning department, so I knew it needed a lot of work. I had been so reluctant to hire someone without a referral, but when I saw the glowing reviews on Angie's list, I gave Smart House Cleaning a try, and I'm so glad I did. Josue quoted me $90 over the phone, but I gave him some extra because I knew it was a much bigger job than he thought. I've since elected to have Smart House Cleaning come once a month and they were just here for their second time. Once again, excellent job. The monthly rate is $80. Reasonable rates, and great work. Josue and his team are very professional and hardworking. Highly recommend!

They were prompt and got right to work. With a team of two, they were thorough and detailed in cleaning everything. The job took a couple hours and I was very satisfied with the results. Definetely recommend them!

Andrea and her team clean our house once a week. We have had several housekeepers over the years, and her team is one of the best we've seen. She quoted us $50, which was for basic cleaning (no windows), but I am always asking her to do additional projects so I throw in a bit more. Her team always goes above and beyond my expectations. There have a been a few things that I asked her to pay more attention to and she did happily.
