When you hired us, we walked through the house and you showed me behind the doors that it was dirty and many other things you wanted be done, I gave you our list of the work we perform and did it, and I gave you our estimate by hand with the price included, it was $170.00 and you agreed, that day I cleaned your house and you ask me for the price I was not sure and said $140.00, when I came home and checked the estimate was $170.00 so you are short $30.00, I called you and let you know, you said it was fine and will add to the next cleaning. Next day I found an email in which you said that your floors were not clean properly and you were disappointed with our service, I answered you and you said that you will send the rest of the money and that you didn't want service anymore, I sent you my address two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the money. When I finished cleaning your house, I asked you to please check the house to make sure everything was clean to your satisfaction, you said everything was fine. Reina took two hours and fifteen minutes to clean your bathrooms, I personally checked them, the floor was done by hand and was clean. I made your bed, dust everything, and organize your shoes in your room, also vacuumed. In your grand kids room, I cleaned the blinds, your sew machine, i cleaned all his nick - knacks, on the floor by the trash can was a dark spot, I used degrease and sponge to clean it. In the living room I dust everything, by the fireplace, I move the corner table, moved your couches from the wall, took out the cushions clean under them I found a menu, glasses and some pills, I put them on the wood tray that you have in the center, under the couches I found a magazines and some other stuff that I left on the wood tray too, by the tv, I moved the three baskets and clean under them, I cleaned behind the tv, I moved the cables and cleaned very well, there were little boxes with numbers I dust in the front of them. I cleaned all your pictures frames and the ceiling for the cobwebs. In the dining room, I cleaned the lights, the table under the table and the chairs. Reina clean your kitchen I supervised that everything was well done. Then we started moping, we use a bucket with water and floor cleaning and disinfecting, if you notice, she was mopping with a big mop them I was behind her with the little mop too, when I came with the bottle and spray which is special liquid for spots on the floor, and I scrub them by hand and used a clean towel, then mopped again, Reina mopped four times and every time we changed the water and apply more solution, the mop that I was using I washed it by hand and I showed Reina how dirty it was, in total we mopped your floor eight times only in the dining room and the hallway. Then we moved to the kitchen, we use the same process to clean that floor it was worst, we used sponge to scrub it and basically we did it by hand. I performed a deep cleaning at your house it took us about 3 hour and a half,which is actually seven hours of work if only one person was working. I worked with integrity and honesty that's why I asked you to check our work and I told you that if there is something that you don't like please let us know and we will work on it, then I found and email you said that you do not want to see us anymore, then you asked me for my address to send the money that was short and now i saw this review , when I worked for you I told you to please let us know you were not satisfied and if there is a way to work this out, I don't understand why you are treating us like as we have done something really bad when we did our best to satisfy you, and also I explain you about our 24 hour warranty, thank you for your review.
