I have used this company every week now for several weeks. I waited to give my review to make sure the work is consistant. The work has been excellent and consistant. Both Andrea and her husband are nice, professional people. The price may seem high; but my home is very large (6 bath/ 7bed and 2 bonus). Smarthouse is my replacement for a fulltime housekeeper that had been with me for 13 years, so you know that this price is good. Again, please note I use them every week, and plan on continuing to do so. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Those in high end homes need not worry they ask questions and take excellent care of your marble, granite and wood speciality floors. Smarthouse is Great !

I've used Smart House Cleaning twice now. The first time they washed all the window plus did a thorough job of cleaning the whole house. That cost about $150.00 It has now been 2 weeks later and they came today and cleaned the house thoroughly. I asked them to pay particular attention to walls and corners because my dog gets them dirty when she walks by corners and it the places where she sleeps. I had a tough stain on my granite bathroom sink and they got that out. The kitchen sink is nice and shiny.

Description of Work: After seeing the amazing reviews on Angie's List, I called Smart Housecleaning for an estimate. Josue and his wife arrived five minutes early. Josue listened to what we needed, looked over the house and gave us an estimate. We arranged for a cleaning date that day. A team of two women arrived today, a half hour early and went right to work. One woman started in on the bathroom and completely scrubbed the , tub, sink, toilet floor and then washed the walls. While she was working, her partner leaped into dusting-- windowsills, baseboards, every flat surface in the house. She wiped down the blinds and washed all the glass. Since we're getting the house ready to go onto the market, we asked for a special task. We wanted the walls in two rooms washed and they moved onto that quickly. There was a moment where I thought the walls weren't getting cleaned enough, but before I could even hint at anything, Josue arrived and noticed on his own. He immediately had the women redo the work to his satisfaction and it looked beautiful when they were finished. I'm really impressed with this company's work ethic, their professionalism and their friendliness. They worked like trojans until the job was completely finished and my husband and I were happy with everything. It's so hard to know who to call for a specific job. I can't thank Angie's List enough for giving us all this forum to find those who are simply the very best at what they do. I would call Smart Housecleaning again in a heartbeat.

I called Josue from Smart House Cleaning to give me a quote on what it would cost to have my 3 bedroom cottage thoroughly cleaned before renting it . He showed up on time and gave me a great price after doing a walk-thru . The best part was that he was able to accomodate me by doing the work on Memorial Day since I had someone moving in the next day ! I would highly reccomend Smart House and I will definately call him again for the next change over .

We were moving from this rental house after one year into our recently remodeled home. Hosue and Andrea were very professional and showed extreme patience when we changed the project day (at the last minute) and added complete window and carpet cleaning to the original request. The house was well cleaned overall and looked better afterwards than it did when we moved into it. We were very impressed with the Smart House Cleaning staff and would be happy to serve as a reference for future jobs.
Description of Work: Complete house cleaning; services included floor to ceiling cleaning in all rooms, carpet cleaning and window cleaning of 1,100 sq. ft. three bedroom house, one full and 3/4 bathrooms, a large kitchen and pantry and carpeting in all bedrooms, living room and hallway.

We both work long hours and finally decided to find someone to clean the condo. Finding someone with sterling references became easy using Angies List. I met with the owner of Smart Cleaning, explained what we wanted and was given a price of $100 for the first cleaning and $80 for additional cleaning. We use their services twice a month and have bee very satisified.

It went very well...I had someong at the last minute not able to help, so I went to Angies list to find someone for the Next day. Very last minute and this company was busy, but made the effort to re-arrange their schedule to help me out and were very punctual and friendly. Had their own cleaning supplies and worked none stop until the job was done :-)

My appointment was made for 1:30 pm and Josue and Marisol arrived about 10-15 minutes late. As soon as they arrived, Josue started to work in the bathroom to clean the shower tiles, doors and toilet. We had instructed him to spend time in the bathroom. Marisol cleaned the master bedroom and our guest bedroom. Both of them then proceeded downstairs to work in the kitchen area (another part that I told them to focus on). They cleaned the stove tops, parts of the kitchen floor where some foodstuffs had been stuck and Marisol also cleaned the counter top. I told Josue to sweep the garage and backyard and he did. Lastly, they swept and mopped the floors. Overall the results are quite good. We noticed that the shower tiles were cleaned up. The shower door is spotless and so is the mirror in the bathroom and the faucet handles. Josue also cleaned the bathtub. We both think the kitchen areas, counter and stove tops were cleaned very well, so thumbs up for Marisol! We would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Josue and his wife clean our home twice a month and I am very happy with their work. I used a professional cleaning service a few times last year and was not happy with the results - different people each time; didn't do what I had asked them to do; and arrived early when I was trying to get my kids out the door for school. I am very happy with Smart Housecleaning. Josue and his wife are very responsive, cheerful, and professional. They do extra cleaning when requested, and don't mind my dogs when I have to leave them at home on cleaning day.

The crew had 2 people and they came ontime, finished the cleaning within 3 hrous (our house is 1500 sq ft) .. Usually its hard to satisfy my wife when it comes to cleaning.. In this case, she couldnt find any faults and we both were fully satisfied

They come every two weeks. They are on time. They have been cleaning our house for about 6 months. We are happy with both service and price.
Description of Work: Clean 2 bathrooms, vacuum both bedrooms, change sheets, dust, mop the marble floors in the hall kitchen and living room and clean the kitchen. The condo is about 1500 sq ft. They also take the garbage out and ask if there is one extra thing they can do.

The crew of 3 arrived with smiles and were very professional. They took a tour of the house and I pointed out exactly what I wanted cleaned. They gave me a great price and they immediately got to work. Again, they were very professional and personable and only took 2 hours and 15 min. They will be cleaning the home from now on every 2 weeks for an amazing price! I highly recommend this service!!!!!

The ladies were very pleasent. They were late in arriving but it was because of my apartment complex did not have my exact address (my fault, not theirs). Sandra and Marisol were very professional and detailed and have great customer service.
Description of Work: My bedroom was cleaned from the window seals to the ceiling. My son's bedroom was perfect (although was not her job to do). Very much appreciated. All floors were vacuumed, dishes washed and bathroom (most important) was like new!

I emailed late at night on Saturday asking for info and had an email early Sunday morning. We got in phone communication on Sunday and he came out Sunday afternoon to give me a quote and scheduled a conveinent time for me on Tuesday. A team of 3 arrived EXACTLY on time with all their supplies (big deal for me since I let go my last person for not showing up on time or at all). The owner of the company introduced me to his workers, confirmed which rooms were not to be cleaned, and immediately started in. I ran some errands, and came back to a clean house. Also, my son husband had both emptied his pockets of money in a couple of places (which I hadn't realized) and when I came back, the money was neatly stacked. Very trustworthy!
Description of Work: Very dirty house. Four bedroom, 3 bath. I asked that only 2 of the bedrooms be cleaned (son's room and master, skipping the workout room and study). Both rooms were cleaned from top to bottom. The master has tile floors which were swept and mopped. The master has 2 walls of closet mirrors that were cleaned. The kid's room has carpet which was vacuumed. Cobwebs were removed and both rooms were well dusted. Items on dressers/shelves, etc. were moved and straightened to better clean. Dining area and living room have hardwood floors which were mopped and shined. Furniture was moved to better clean. Again, items that were on tables and such were moved and straightened. Kitchen cabinets were cleaned, floor mopped. Stove cleaned. Did I miss anything? I was VERY happy.

Josue and his associate arrived very punctually and after giving him a run down of the house, they got straight to work. My whole family was coming to stay with us the following week, and the house had been a bit neglected in the cleaning department, so I knew it needed a lot of work. I had been so reluctant to hire someone without a referral, but when I saw the glowing reviews on Angie's list, I gave Smart House Cleaning a try, and I'm so glad I did. Josue quoted me $90 over the phone, but I gave him some extra because I knew it was a much bigger job than he thought. I've since elected to have Smart House Cleaning come once a month and they were just here for their second time. Once again, excellent job. The monthly rate is $80. Reasonable rates, and great work. Josue and his team are very professional and hardworking. Highly recommend!

They were prompt and got right to work. With a team of two, they were thorough and detailed in cleaning everything. The job took a couple hours and I was very satisfied with the results. Definetely recommend them!
Description of Work: Needed to get 1100 sq ft rental house cleaned after tenant moved out. Requested windows (in/out), floors, kitchen with appliances, bathroom and lighting/fans cleaned.
