Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen, living room, one bathroom, two bedrooms and dining room. Dusted, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned surfaces and shower. |Overall, fine work but sometimes overlooked areas. |I used them because I was going through chemo treatments and wasn't supposed to inhale dust, etc. they used all non-toxic cleaning products at my request. My biggest concern was that they didn't come at the time scheduled and I often had to wait up to 30 minutes.

I have no trouble communicating with the team. One of the team always speaks very good English. They do a thorough job and always ask before they throw anything out. They are very honest and I trust them completely. They always do whatever is asked of them and I am always satsified with the job. It is a very pleasant company to work with. They are very flexible. I highly recommend Smart Housecleaning and I have referred many of my friends to this company.

Description of Work: Smart House Cleaning is the best house cleaning service I have ever encountered. Two women clean my house every other week and they do a fantastic job. They arrive on time, are efficient, friendly and professional and I never have to worry about broken or missing items from my house. Due to having dogs, my floors really get dirty and the floors shine after each cleaning. They are honest, hardworking women and I highly recommend Smart House Cleaning to anyone who is looking for house cleaning services. Also, the company provides free house cleaning for cancer patients. This free service definitely says a lot about the company and the people who work at Smart House Cleaning.

Description of Work: I have used these vendors services for about 1 and 1/2 month. They are great, on-time and very accomidating. I did have a couple of concerns recently and I spoke with them and I am confident they will make adjustments. When you are looking for a housecleaning service, you really need to be able to trust them, I do. I work from home and they are so nice and quiet and they leave the place looking amazing. I have a very bad back and even light cleaning is h****** me, they do a through cleaning every two weeks and it lifts my spirits. Love this team! Jen Reed

Description of Work: They did an initial cleaning of my house, but I asked them not to clean 3 of my roommates bedrooms, just the master bedroom and bath, the hall bath, kitchen, and living room and hall. This initial cleaning cost $120, because it was the first time and the place was very dirty. They were here a little over 3 hours, 2 cleaners, and did a great job! There were just a few things that were missed or could've been done better but as I said there was so much for them to do that first time. I did mention those few items to the supervisor and the 2nd time they cleaned they did those items as well, and the cost was $60 for the same areas, since it had been cleaned 2 weeks prior. I plan on continuing with their services.

Description of Work: The owner arrived with (2) ladies. I opted to have my own vacuums & most of the cleaning supplies used. He explained the operation of the (3) vacuums to them & also what I expected to be done in each room. He left & they started to work. They cleaned above & beyond all my expectations. They did not rush to get in & out of the house as others I had hired to clean in the past. They were exceptionally thorough. They dusted each & every crown molding & base board in the entire house without being told. They removed hand prints around electrical switches & doors. They did a fabulous job!!

Description of Work: I found Josue and Andrea through Angie's List. They are wonderful to work with. Josue supervises the cleaning and Andrea is the contact person/office person. At the beginning there were a few glitches but they worked them out with good humor, understanding and an extraordinary effort to keep my business. I am very pleased. They have been cleaning my house, at a reasonable price, every two weeks for several months They are very thorough. Only issue is sometimes, we have language difficulties because I don't speak Spanish. They are excellent and I highly recommend them. Gail Frommer, Long Beach CA
