They showed up on time. were very friendly and moved a heavy piano up a narrow flight of a steps.

The services went really great, they were 80 percent and great with helping me.

It went very smoothly and the crew was attentive and very professional. Excellent service from start to finish. Crew chief Matt ran the 4-man team exceptionally well.

3 guys showed up on time, worked very hard all day and got us moved with very little distress.

All Service Moving just moved us from Happy Valley to West Linn. With all the expenses that goes along with buying a new house, we were going to just rent a U-Haul. We had plenty of family volunteers but thought it would be better to save everybody the stress and bring in some professionals to handle the heavy stuff. I am a recent Angies list member and chose All Service Moving based on great reviews. Totally lived up to reviews and their website claims - these young men are professional, courteous, efficient, and extremely hard working. -Jeff handled my initial call very well. Answered all my questions, guided me on how to get an initial sense of how big job / cost it would be and explained to me exactly what would happen the day of the move. -I called on Tuesday and he managed to schedule the move for Thursday morning -Johnny and Justin showed up on time -Did a walk through to see what needed to get moved -Johnny outlined for me how long he expected the job would take and it was pretty much spot on -Then they proceeded to work very hard, quickly and efficiently -Great care was taken in padding / shrink wrapping our furniture -We just painted the new place and there was not a single nick on the walls -They moved things more than once in the new home to set things the way I wanted -They didn't charge for their lunch break or additional drive time because of traffic We were very happy with the service and it was worth every penny.

The only positive thing I can say about these people is that they worked hard, came on time and responded to my phone calls. However, my wife and I were shocked and dismayed by the truly horrible job done by this company. As we opened the moving boxes in our new home (and we are still only about half done now) we found item after item damaged or completely smashed. Things like artwork should not be left in the hands of these people. As an example, glass on valuable pictures were in small pieces. Our furniture, especially the best pieces, were damaged so badly that they will never be the same. Virtually every piece had scratches or nicks in them. A display cabinet with glass shelves and a mirror backing ended up with the mirror broken. They took that back to their shop to replace the mirror. Our teak entertainment center had a piece (about 4 x 6 inches) gouged out of its surface . The walnut headboard of our bed had two back panels broken. The footboard of the bed was detached from the bed and fell off the bed after the move. The legs to our dining table were lost and not returned to us until some days later. The only thing they agreed to do with the teak entertainment center was to take it back to their place and have their "furniture guy" repair it. It is a mess and will always be a mess. They also sent men out to reattach the bed's footboard and to replace the broken back panels. Kitchen items were not packed well. Being true amateurs they put glass baking dishes, unprotected, on the bottom of packing boxes. It is not surprising that a valuable Portuguese dish (a wedding gift) was found in pieces. An Italian hand-painted ceramic platter (gift from wife's mother, now deceased) was also broken. This was an item that meant a lot to my wife. Some kitchen items have not yet been found (we still have some boxes to open). So far, however, 5 additional everyday dishes were found in pieces. We chose this company based on the many positive reports on Angie's List. I must say that they made every effort to try to fix the furniture they damaged, but overall I am not pleased with the result. They also tried to replace broken kitchen items, but those with sentimental value are gone forever. There is no way that this company could be rated so highly. Virtually everything they did, they did poorly. After paying thousands of dollars in fees and hundreds in tips to the workers I would have expected some professionalism. Instead what we got was poor quality work of the most inept and ineffectual kind. We've moved before and know what a good mover can do. All Service Movers is not a good mover. If I knew then what I know now about this company I would never have used them. I strongly advise any reader not to use them either.

Arrived on time and worked non-stop.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Noah, Andrew, Joe B, and john were so amazing and sweating. But always smiling, they are very professional.

The three person was did a great job.They cover the floor of our new house for protection. Everything was carefully padded and handled with care.

Their communication was very good. We were just unable to come to an appointment that fit our schedules.

Julio, Chris and Justin were great! They worked hard, got the job done in a day, didn't complain, were careful with my stuff and had great attitudes. Job well done!

They had good knowledge of how to pack and disassemble furniture. They asked good questions and confirmed the move plan. Friendly and professional.

This is my first big move, so some of my comments may be out of my ignorance in the practice of moving ... They arrived on time and jumped right into the project. There were some very challenging pieces of furniture to get out of the house and I felt they handled some of them well and others I had to chime in with solutions. They had to call in another person to get one large piece down a tricky staircase and he arrived quickly on such short notice. We really appreicated that. They wrapped everything to a crazy extreme with padding and plastic wrap. While that ended up protecting all of our furniture very well, it added a lot of time to the process that I didn't appreciate initially. Our contract was a pay-by-the-hour plan. I felt the move should have gone faster than it did. Early in the day they seemed to be moving slowly. As it became late in the day, they very obviously started to work more efficiently to get the job done by nightfall, which they did. In the end, I felt like they were going to fill the day with work regardless of how much material I asked them to move ... but my furniture was moved at the highest quailty.

All Service was a great company to work with. They were about 3 hours late, due to truck maintenance issues but reimbursed us a free hour. Even while they weren't present, I got phone calls about every hour updating me on their whereabouts. We really appreciated the gesture. The actual moving team was thorough, respectful and hard working. Great job and great decision to work with them. They made our lives a lot easier!

They did a fantastic job. The crew arrived on time and were very professional. After doing a survey of the household they got right to work and loaded all our things quickly and carefully. They sent a three man crew which really helped move things along. We also liked the fact that they put floor protectors down and padded our furniture very well. The unloading went smoothly as well and all our items arrived in great shape. I would use them again.
