All Service Moving

Worst moving company ever and if I could give negative stars, I would. We scheduled a move from our 1st home to our new home. We were quoted 4 hours for 2 movers to complete the job based our 1st Home being a 3 Bed, 2 Bath and 1200 square feet. This was the only metric they used to determine how many movers they needed. I specifically question if 2 movers were sufficient for our move as we had 3 movers when we moved from our previous apartment into our 1st home . I was assured it was fine, and they would be able to complete the move in 4 hours. On the day of the move, the 2 movers were a lady and a guy who is almost 60. After three hours of working on the move, they called their supervisor because they believed the job was understaffed and they needed at least one more mover. The supervisor never returned their calls. Sometime thereafter I ask if we needed more movers, and the lady indicated she had already called, and the supervisor never returned her call because it was a Saturday. I hoped on the phone to call the supervisor and left a message complaining with the above. The Supervisor called me back and indicated she would see what she could do and get back to me. With that said, she indicated that we would probably have to schedule another move. I informed her that under no circumstances would I be paying for another move because they understaffed the job. Particularly when I questioned whether two movers would be sufficient. The supervisor indicated that she would listen to the recording of the call and get back to me. After several hours and receiving no response from the supervisor, I called back and left a message again. The supervisor indicated that she was trying to get a hold of the owner because he was the only one who could approve a credit and could not get a hold of him because it was Saturday. I was confused because they were working on a Saturday, but no one could approve my request. The supervisor then indicated that she reviewed the call recording, and I never questioned if two movers were sufficient. This was a lie, and I knew it was a lie when she said it. I am a litigation attorney; I listen to people for a living, and I make a pretty good living. In any event, I was not pleased that she was lying, and she would not send me a copy of the recording. We finished the move and 11:30 P.M. without the movers being able to get our couches or refrigerator in the house. As this was a Saturday, and they do not work on Sunday, the second day of the move was scheduled for Monday. During the move, I spoke to the movers who indicated this type of situation is common. What I mean by that is I was informed they are regularly understaffed and go over the four hours estimate into what is called overtime billing, which is billed at time and half. I believe this is a scam so they can make more money. They tell you it will take two (2) moves and four hours. However, if it goes over, and it usually does, they are charged overtime and make more money. The second move was much smoother. This time we had two younger guys for the move who were able to get the couches and refrigerator in the house within thirty (30) minutes when the previous movers could not do it in hours. However, they made mistake and forgot items at our old house and lost items like the power cord for my arcade game machines. In total, All Service Moving charged me nearly $5,000 for this headache of a move and did not even offer a discount for the convenience or talk to me before charging my credit card. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT COMPANY BECAUSE THIS ONE IS A SCAM.

Good services but a little pricey.

Did a good job of loading, moving and unloading - no complaints about this. The thing I did not like was being charged for the time they take to reach your home from their office location and back. I got charged for 45-min towards it.

Excellent communication from the office with a woman named Jean who helped set the team and appointment up. Pricing was very reasonable. I needed a 312lb vanity moved to the second floor and placed in the master bathroom and their team of two had no issue in finishing the job in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them!

Max, Frankie, & Jesse were amazing. I am so impressed by their work. They were responsive, on time, and worked so hard! They were also super friendly, and I had a great experience with them! Definitely recommending to friends & family, and I would use them again!

The experience started off well but after loading and weighing the truck, I was told it was overweight and was given a couple options. One of the options was to have the overweight items delivered by freight and the my mover told me it would be between $300 and $500 and take about a week. In reality it took four weeks and the cost was over $2,300. I spoke with people at the moving office and they kept telling me someone would get back to me tomorrow, and I would receive no calls. I had to call them to follow up and no one had any answers as to when I would get my things or why it was taking so long. Ultimately I did get my things and everything was damaged. In the beginning, I told the company the items that I was moving and they told me that they would give me a flat rate price so I wouldn't have to worry about surprise increases. I ended up paying nearly 50% more with the freight charges and lots of damaged items. If I were to do it over again, I would go with a company that has bigger trucks and not weight restrictions. It was hard to know that customer service was going to be so bad because things started out great. In the end, they offered a $250 discount if I signed a waiver. Meanwhile they apologized profusely about being mislead by their team members. This isn't how you make right a mistake caused by your own team.

I can’t express how happy and satisfied we were with All Service Movers. They were efficient, professional, and precise. Being prior military we’ve moved many times and have always had issues with the movers. But, not with these guys. They did a more than awesome job and made it look so easy. Francisco, Max and Federico I truly believe you are the best out there.

I was very impressed with Ricco, Francisco and AJ. Not only were they early, they were highly professional, polite and efficient in my move. Their friendliness and teamwork with each other motivated me to post this review to let people know how they will not be disappointed if they chose All Service Moving.

I used professional movers for the first time ever. I must admit I was a little weary about the process because I've read some horror stories in the past. Let me just say all those fears were put to rest immediately. I had the pleasure of working with Abraham and Marvin. The both took the upmost care in moving my belongings. From properly protecting the doors and walls along the entrance of the apartment and destination, to carefully moving all boxes regardless of whether they were fragile or not. They careful wrapped my furniture in blankets and then in plastic wrap to ensure there would be no scuffs or scratches on anything. They were also very careful with our very large double Ikea cabinet. It was perfectly handled. Abraham and Marvin were troopers. They pushed through a massive 2BD move and 70+ mile drive to the destination. They were nothing professional and pleasant. They were prompt to ask questions and let me know of any potential issues that could arise along with providing solutions on how to avoid the potential issues. At our destination Abraham and Marvin were able to unload everything promptly and safely. They were also awesome and dropped off boxes into the rooms we requested. I also wanted to give a shout out to Kalani! My initial contact with All Service Moving was with her. She was able to provide me quotes over the phone and promptly provided the same information over e-mail so I could easily compare pricing and make my final decision. I also worked with Kalani when setting up the reservation for my move and once again the day before to confirm we were still on schedule. She was always courteous, professional and prompt. It was a very positive experience all around. I will definitely be recommending you to any friends and family that are looking for a mover. Sorry it took me a bit to post the review guys. It took me a couple of days to set up my internet and home office. You guys rocked!

It went excellently. Everything was wrapped and packed exceptionally well. Nothing got damaged. Everything arrived in tip top shape.

Our movers Justin S and McKinney did a great job of taking care of our possessions and home. They were quick and efficient with protective packaging of our goods and even helped us rearrange some things after we finished unloading.

Corey, Boz and Hayes were so kind and professional and super careful with our stuff. I’ve never hired movers before and they made it totally worthwhile. Would totally hire them again.

These guys are the best. I used them twice in one week. First visit was to move all my household furnishings to my new place in Los Angeles. Second time in one week was to move several very heavy outdoor planters. Abraham, Rafael and BK finished the work in under 3 hours with no problems. I would highly recommend All Service Moving!
