All Service Moving

The company provided excellent communication ahead of my move, including coordinating a pickup of a large wall unit at another location across town in conjunction with the rest of my move. The crew arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They were professional and courteous and did a walk through with me prior to starting work. They listened carefully to my concerns, what was breakable, and any special requests I had. After that they started to work - they took care to protect the floors in the house, as well as carefully wrapping our furniture to avoid damage. It took them about 8.5 hours to load our house, and then they drove to our new place to unload. Unloading was as efficient as loading, they took direction on where to put all our stuff and remained friendly and upbeat throughout the whole move, even though they worked for a bit more than 12 hours. There were a couple minor things damaged as could be expected on such a large move - they took care of them on the spot via a price adjustment. I am very happy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The guys showed up promptly and got straight to work packing the 2 moving trucks (one for my apartment and one for a storage unit). They carefully wrapped each piece of furniture both in blankets and plastic wrap. They worked without complaining in torrential rainfall and wind. They kept their sense of humor throughout and it was a long and wet day!

This is the third time I've used All Service Moving and I've never been dissapointed. They show up on time, are complete professionals and get the job done on time

The team showed up on time and got to work promptly. Getting the truck into the driveway was a bit awkward and the overhead branches took a bit of a beating in the process, but nothing extreme. They loaded the truck up and drove it over to our new house after a quick lunch break (just enough time for me to get set up for them at the new house). The loading took a bit longer than I'd expected, given how fast the other company we had used had loaded the same stuff into the same-sized truck (they were based in Seattle, so not available for us to hire for a local Portland move). This was partly because they took extra time to wrap lots of our furniture that wasn't wrapped originally, and while I applaud them for taking good care of our stuff, I'm not sure it was necessary. The unloading also took longer than expected -- they didn't seem as motivated to get the job done as our previous movers had. They were okay, and they took good care of our stuff, but we'd had such a great experience with the crew that moved our stuff from Seattle to storage in Portland that we'd probably keep trying to find a company *that* good here if we needed to move again.

Showed up on time but without enough material to pack everything. I think there was a miscommunication from the beginning about how much needed to be packed. Unfortunately they were not able to move all of our things in one day. They were able to schedule another day to move the rest of our things. All the movers were very nice but it took a lot longer than I expected.

The move went incredibly well considering the "emergency" of the situation. First of all, I called on short notice ... it was Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. I needed the move made the NEXT day and Noah - office logistics mgr, scheduled it. Then, when the crew/truck arrived EARLY, (incredibly professional) I knew we were in good hands with Rob - project mgr and Will - driver). They listened to my needs, evaluated the situation and were flexible when I threw in a last minute stop. Rob & Will worked hard through heavy rains and traffic snarls. The furniture was shrink-wrapped for water protection and then completely tied down during transport. My only concern was their truck must have a 45 mph governor because it was slow gloing on the highways. Maybe they were just protecting the load ... or ? Bottom-line, All Service Moving did what I needed to do, when I needed to do it and did it PROFESSIONALLY.

This company is amazing! They were punctual and worked very hard. One of the guys who showed up felt as though he was getting sick, yet he still worked very hard until a replacement arrived. None of my furniture was damaged and they didn't break anything either. They were extremely professional and were quick and capable. They only took a 30 minute dinner break and then they were back to work. It took about 7 hours for them to move all of my stuff from the old house into the new house. I especially appreciate their willingness to work with me and my schedule. I had to reschedule them once because I wasn?t able to close on the house when I thought. Then, on the day they were scheduled to arrive, I found out I might not be able to get the keys to the new house like I had been told. The guys were willing to work something out where I?d be able to store my items on their truck overnight and then they would come back the next day to move me into my new house. This ended up not being necessary since I got the keys that day, but it was very nice to know that they were so willing to help me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great moving service. I can't thank them enough for all of their hard work!!

We've never had professional movers before and were nervous about some difficult items and some fragile items. Noah and Seth were absolutely wonderful. They worked hard and steady, and nothing seemed to stress them out. Some difficult items included a large overstuffed sofa and loveseat that were difficult to get through the doors, a solid oak and glass and mirrors china cabinet, and more. As far as we know, nothing was broken or damaged. They were obviously experienced movers and we would use them again if we had a need. The move took a total of 6 hours, which included their driving time between their work location and the homes. Compared to other companies, their rates seemed reasonable. We were hoping it wouldn't take so long, but it is not a reflection on them, as they were constantly moving and fairly quickly I would recommend them with no hesitancy at all.
