We had a treadmill delivered and quickly figured out we could not even move it off the porch where the delivery guys left it, much less get it up to the bedroom. We called All Service Moving for help. They have guys on-call for such an occasion. They were prompt about getting back to me with a delivery window for that same afternoon. The men who came were professional and courteous. They padded the entry door and stairs and moved it up in a jiffy. They even took away the large and bulky packing materials for a very small fee ($20). They do charge for a minimum of three hours work, which includes drive time. But in the end I was really just happy that someone could help us that same day, before it started to rain again.

We hired All Service to pack and move our household, including a piano. The packers were efficient and did a good job. However, the moving day didn't go so well. I think it would have gone better if there had been more attention to checking out the house we were moving to. It was a major downsize. One trip was made ahead of time to scope out getting the grand piano in, which worked out well. However, when it came to getting our leather sectional down to the basement family room, it was a disaster. I felt badly for the moving crew - they really struggled and damage was done. It also was very time-consuming. Then since that took so long, the rest of the move went on really late and everyone was exhausted and we all overlooked the fact that the washer and dryer had not been put on the moving van until the truck was emptied. So we had to hire another mover to pick up the appliances the next day. That was partly my fault, of course, since I failed to notice on the final walk-through that they were still in place at the old house. There was no problem getting reimbursed for the wall repairs we had to have done, but all in all I think that better oversight would have been in order.

3 employees showed up. They were professional and quick. The job was done within the estimated time.

I hired two men and a truck from this company to move my packed belongings into their storage facility. The movers arrived on time with a courtesy call while on their way, were professional and polite, and hustled throughout the entire project. They took special care to wrap all furniture in protective blankets and/or plastic packing wrap. My items are currently being stored by this company at their warehouse. I have been told that all stored items are placed into individual storage units and so cannot be mixed up with other people's stored belongings.

I felt that the movers were not as careful and professional as they could have been. When we got to the new house, it had just been cleaned and I asked if they could put down something to protect the floors. I saw what a mess they had made at the house we were moving out of. They pulled out tarps and it occurred to me that they should have used those tarps at our other house when they were loading out. Other movers we've worked with did it automatically. You shouldn't have to ask. Also, one of the movers seemed to take breaks a lot unless the other guy was telling him what to do. They all seemed pretty young and unexperienced except for the lead guy. Then they damaged the upholstery on an oversized armchair that was part of a set. The mover got on the phone with the owner and then offered me $100 off in order to let it go. I said no. They offered me $300. I said no, that I wanted to get a quote on getting it repaired. They did pick up the chair and take it to an upholsterer to get a quote. The upholsterer couldn't repair the rip and couldn't match the fabric. We looked at having the whole chair reupholstered in a fabric that would coordinate rather than match. When I proposed this to the owner, he said he wouldn't pay that much. I felt very pressured at all points of this negotiation and eventually settled for $1000. Originally he wanted me to sign a contract saying I would not leave any reviews but I refused and he let it go. So this is my review. I wish his attitude right from the beginning had been less "how do I get out of this for the least possible amount of money" and more "I'm so sorry that happened. Let me make it right whatever it costs." In his favor, I have to say that he was always calm and professional in the many conversations we had and emails we exchanged. It definitely could have worked out worse and it was a not a terrible experience. Just a little disappointing.

I made arrangements with Noah and followed up with an email to him about the different addresses they would be going to and whether the address had stairs and gave him the phone numbers of each contact. There was only one little glitch and that was that they didn't realize just how heavy the first piano was (about 600 lbs), but did get it out of the house. They arrived at 9:20 am and finished at 12:45. They just charged us for the minimum of $94.10 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours which was very fair. I would use them again.

I was completely satisfied with this move. All Service Moving did exactly what they promised and, in fact, were below their estimate. I would not hesitate to both use them again and will serve as a reference in the future

Just the best experience I've ever had with movers! They got everything out before the floors and walls were refinished and they were so careful not to damage the newly redone floors and newly painted walls when we called them back to move the stuff back in. They were pleasant and cheerful and PROFESSIONAL.

I booked 3 weeks ahead of my move date and was able to schedule the date and time I wanted. We were able to estimate the time needed to complete the move over the phone without a preliminary visit. Estimate was 4 hours, it took 4.5, so actually very accurate considering I hadn't cleared out quite as much as I had hoped by the move date They phoned one week before the move date to check that everything was still on track. I like that. They wrapped and protected furniture and moved it all without any bumps, scratches or damage. They moved each item into the correct room including the basement and upper level. Overall I was very happy with the move service.

Arrived on time. Used problem solving to move a fridge. Worked efficiently. Took only required breaks. Friendly and accommodating. Took care when moving possessions.

They were as friendly, efficient and professional the second time as the first. Moving day was crazy because we'd just been informed that we could not move into the condo, so would have to store our furnitue for a week. We called them a few hours before they were supposed to arrive to inform them of this development and were met with a calm and friendly response of "No problem, we can store it for you." I've never heard "No" from these guys. They really are wonderful. The next week, they met our realtor at the condo and moved all of the furniture in and set up the bed. We came back from being out of town to a furnished condo. It was awesome. It took them about 2 hours (including travel time to/from our apartment) to pack and store the furniture from our 1,200 sq. fr. apartment. One bedroom, some office furniture, living room furniture and boxes from the kitchen. Very efficient and reasonable. I have recommended them to all of my friends and colleagues and will never use anyone else for a move. Ever. They are simply the most professional movers I have ever used and I think they are wonderful.

They really did a good job. We were doing an appliance swap and they were the one company on the phone that said if the hose connections for the washing machine were pretty straightforward they would go ahead and do it or otherwise we would need to get a plumber. I ran the washing machine and everything worked. They tried really hard to get a refrigerator into a kitchen in the old house but didn't want to remove a swinging door because they were afraid that they were going to damage it, so I got a contractor to do it. They knew when to stop when they had to, but the only thing I didn't know about was from the point where the truck leaves their shop the one hour is starting to tick away by the time they show up at the front door. It could have been mentioned to me and maybe I didn't hear it when I called, but probably all moving companies work that way. Their price was very fair. They weren't too high and I think if they go too low you run into people that don't quite know what they're doing.

These young men moved me from my old house into my new home with a minimum of fuss and good insight. They were fast but careful, didn't need a whole bunch of micromanaging which i appreciated since that allowed me to focus on other tasks. Items that weren't boxed were wrapped by them in blankets or secured properly, and they were careful on the move in not to bump newly painted doors and walls. Bravo!
