All Service Moving

The movers were absolutely awesome. To start we needed movers at the last minute. We were able to close early on our house and All Service Moving provided us movers for a Sunday move within a couple of days of our request. We have used other movers in the past that were friendly and it was a good experience but I really noticed a difference with All Service Moving. Super professional. Everything was carefully packed into the truck and carefully moved into our new home. The service was a bit more expensive than some other quotes I received but absolutely worth it.

I had to reschedule two times and they were very accommodating. They were very polite and clear about the services and cost options. The moving crew was excellent. They took really good care of my boxes and furniture and everything arrived without any damage.

They did a great job and did it carefully and quickly!

The move was done very professionally in all aspects. Charles, Cory and Mohammed were extremely careful with the furnishings which include several large pieces containing large glass elements. The wrapping, moving, securing in the van, and unloading and re-assembly of the furnishings was impeccable. Their efficiency in planning and staging the move through a small elevator in the condo unit couldn't have been better. On the unload side of the job, an extremely large, heavy armoire had to be moved up a stairwell with a 180 degree turn and less tha one inch clearance on both the top and side of the stairwell. Charles and Cory planned carefully, measured to insure the space was adequate and then moved the unit through the space with no impact or damage to the unit, the walls, or the ceiling of the stairwell. They were carrying the heavy unit for 7-10 minutes through the whole process. It was nearly impossible, but executed perfectly. All of the wood and glass pieces were professionally wrapped by Cory so that no damage occured on any of the pieces in the loading, transit or unloading process. The security guard at the condominium who had seen many previous moves said that Charles and Mo were like a conveyer belt moving the items through the elevator as efficiently as he had ever seen. They were pleasant, well trained, efficient and thoughtful about everything. I would recommend them highly. When they arrived, Charles said they were the three best movers in Portland and I initially questioned the comment as a little self serving, but in the end would have to agree that they are indeed that good.

It worked out great! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. We got the first month free and after that it's very reasonable. It's actually cheaper than everybody else in the area.

They were on time, very professional. The took great care of my things making sure to wrap and protect everything in the move. They did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.

I met the All American trio (Joe, Ed and Tony) arrived promptly at my friend's trailer at 9 am. We walked into an explosion of unpreparepness for a move. My friend's mother had made her best efforts by getting all her decorative items out of their hutches and packing a few boxes but almost all surfaces were still covered and there was the improvement of a pathway through to the back rooms. Joe quickly assessed the depth of the need and I authorized two more guys to help and they brought in a lot of supplies. We priorized the need for the larger items being moved, electronics being packed up and getting the items from the shed (i.e. mower, tools, larger items). They packed up what fit in the truck and left the items for the family that they could pack in the kitchen and decorative items that would be time costing with mine & my friend's understanding. They were calm (although I was seeing the concerns), professional and kind to my friend's 80 y/o mother. I had booked this move on short notice (less than a week) with Nathan at the number on Angie's List. I called with only a couple of days notice for them to bring "some" boxes in case they were not finished packing. I had no idea of what we would be walking into and they did the best they could with what was discovered. They even drove up with the fridge to the barn to make a delivery closer for my friend (on the same property but a narrow drive that circled around). I am appreciative of the team and their flexibility when it was a bigger job than I had presented when calling. Cudos and thanks. I and my friend will be highly recommending All Service to everyone moving in this area.

On time, courteous and efficient. Forgot a couple cabinets while packing, but 95% of the job was great. Estimate for length of time required was substantially under.

The moving team (Brian (Shep) and Mo) and truck arrived a few minutes early and my siblings and I directed them re: the items that would go to our Mom's new home. They were very friendly, efficient, professional, respectful, and meticulous re: protecting furniture and glass pieces. The items were moved to the new residence and they put them back together (bed frame, etc.) and placed them where we suggested. We found that not all of her furniture fit in the smaller space, so they were very accommodating about returning some pieces to the old apt. for us to deal with at a later time. Great job, Brian (Shep) and Mo! We knew there was a 3 hour minimum charge and that this job would require less time, but our experience in the past has been so positive with All Service, that we opted to use them anyway.

The team arrived a little early but not before calling first, moved all my packed boxes and furniture into the van. Before they moved anything they inquired about delicate and or antique items. They wrapped all the wooden and upholstered furniture before loading as well. They were efficient and friendly. Upon arrival at the new house they rolled out carpet runners in the high traffic rooms and checked which rooms specific items will go in, i.e. office, second bedroom, etc, they unpacked the van making sure they understood my somewhat vague instructions with humor and efficiency. They even carried a fully packed two drawer file cabinet up a flight of stairs with two sharp right hand turns. We ran over the four hours we budgeted but it was my fault, again with the vague instructions. This was a quick move, very efficient and friendly, Thank you all

The moving crew was great! Punctual, careful and professional. And, the price was right. I plan to use them again when we move.

The guys came the day before to help me finish packing. It was the best decision because they were able to strategically organize for the move on the next day. Seeing that our house was quite big and I'm 8 months pregnant the job was daunting but they made it seem so effortless and in a short amount of time they were able to knock it out! Our crew was Charles, Corey, Dezzo, Chase & BK. They were all very professional and happily helped me get everything out in a considerable amount if time and the cost is very reasonable!

This move was a best case scenario. I used their website to make an appointment for a truck and crew of 2, I never had to speak with anyone on the phone. Brian Shepherd and Mo (forgot his last name) showed up a few minutes early for the job and mostly exceeded my expectations in every way. These guys were a pleasure to work with, disciplined, and not at all slow. They blanketed and plastic wrapped almost everything which is what I wanted. They used a protective mat roll on my hardwood floors and a bumper pad on the front door frame - I suppose this is standard now but I noticed. They had the truck loaded and ready to roll in a little more than 90 minutes. After the unload and placement of everything I was billed for 3.5 hours at their hourly rate. I had budgeted for between 5 and 6 hours for this service so it was a genuine surprise how affordable it was in the end. And I am pleased to add that all of my handmade furniture is still in mint condition - the move came and went without a trace. The experience was ideal, I'll always know who to contact for a move.

I had to hire a moving company because my house sold faster than I expected. I had to do an emergency move. They were incredible, I can't say enough about them. My things are in their storage units. I have had nightmare experiences with other movers. I left them a message a 9 pm on a Friday night. They called me back that same night. I told them about my emergency. I have too much stuff and really nice things. They offered to come out the next day and give me the estimate. I needed multiple storage units. The day after the estimate, they were out with packing materials and muscle. It was expensive because of my emergency situation. They did give me 3 months of free storage. They made sure everything was padded and neatly packed. They were professional all the way. They were really on it! I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anybody.

Contracted for three movers to arrive at 9:00 AM at our home in Vancouver, WA. The team arrived exactly at 9:00 AM ready to go to work. They worked diligently loading the truck that was more than adequate to hold our belongings. They wrapped all items eg., that were not in boxes such as the couch and furniture pieces with blankets and stretch wrap. For reasons too numerous to mention we have moved nine times since 2005, when we were planning this move I said that it would take about 3 hours to load our stuff. Almost three hours to the minute we were all on our way to a lunch break.The unload was somewhat more difficult. The master bedroom and an attic storrage area were up stairs. Once again the team got to it and completed the unload in slightly over 3 hours. All three were very professional and diligently to complete the move. The weather ranged from dry to downpour all day long. The team had proper equipment to avoid tracking our floors and carpets. The communication part went very well. It was a shame to spoil a flawless performance but they did. After the team left I went up stairs to the master bedroom for the first time and discovered they had left a dresser with the draws facing a wall and a second dresser against it with the draws on the inside. So after a long day we found our selves having to rearrange the two dressers in order to access the draws. Yes, even though I plan to never move again I will use All Service Moving next time as well.

They were awesome. They were running late due to previous job, but called to let me know and took care of all my stuff. Wrapped and padded everything, worked the whole time, moved everything quickly and I will definitely use them again.

It went very well. They were great. They worked by the hour and worked in a very timely fashion. They were also very helpful with unpacking.

Excellent from start to finish. I had reviewed and reached out to a number of movers in Portland, and researched online what questions to ask. All Service was fastest in their response to my emails and Noah (I think that was his name) was very courteous and helpful in answering all my questions on the phone. They have a great chart on the website to help estimate how long the move would take. Noah also said he expected it would take five to seven hours. They came in at five. On the day of the move they were scheduled to arrive at 9 a.m. Joe, the driver, called a half hour before letting me know they would be there on time. He called again with an update when they hit some traffic. They arrived a little after 9 a.m introduced themselves, met the dog, toured the house, reviewed the details and got straight to work wrapping furniture. Throughout the day Joe, Brian, and Khari were hardworking, fast, friendly and professional. They took two five minute breaks, both well deserved for the amount of work - I couldn't believe how much these guys could lift. They were also very careful, putting down floor protection, watching out not to bump walls, and almost military in how they communicate during the move ("setting down once, setting down again, clear!"). It was great to watch. I would definitely hire All Service again - and put a special request in for Joe, Brian and Khari. See above. I would recommend them to all our friends. My in-laws have several friends in Southern Calif. who plan on moving here next year and we will definitely recommend them.

Scheduling was very professional and helpful with moving information. Kept in contact up to move. Arrived on time. Shrink wrapped and padded furniture and padded glass tops and mirror. Willy and Kahari were courteous, professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. Final price was close to estimate provided. Would use service again.
