First of all, if you have Brian and/or Chris on your crew, you will be very happy with the job that they do. They worked extremely hard the whole day and packed the truck as tight as they could go. They were very respectful of my items and very thorough with the move. The loading always takes longer because of the truck maze but I feel like they did a great job getting everything loaded. Once we got down to the new house, we all took a quick lunch and then unpacked the truck quickly. They did a great job of getting unloaded and I feel like I got what I paid for for three movers and the truck. Overall, I was very happy with the job that they did. The only reason I gave them a "B" on responsiveness is because I submitted my "order" online and got an automated email once I hit submit. Since I did that a couple weeks in advanced, I wasn't sure they were still coming, but finally got a call at 5pm the day before the move confirming that they would be there by 9am. I think I would have liked a day or two in advanced to make sure that everything was good to go. Again, overall, I was very happy with their work, especially Brian and Chris.

These guys were fabulous! Punctual and polite and very skilled movers. They were patient with our children, protective of our fin furniture and they were still cheerful at the end of a very long day. Could not ask for anything more.

Mover I had arranged didn't show up. All Service Moving helped me the same day. They were fast and careful and very professional.

The two men moved all my furniture, stereo equipment that I had already unconnected, lots of miscellaneous and some plants. They took great care to protect my antique furniture. Lots of mirrors and glass cabinets. Every thing was put in place at my new residence where I instructed them to place it. The two men were so nice, always had smiles and made me feel at ease. It was a great experience. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who was planning a move, long or short distance.

John and Chris were on time, fats and friendly.
