All Service Moving

The packing and moving went beautifully. The packers were very careful with our belongings. Since we live 400 miles away, we were not able to be there to supervise. However they were as careful and thorough as if we had been there. Every stage of the packing and moving happened in a timely manner and the employees were polite and professional. They made what would have otherwise been a stressful, exhausting move into a hassle-free and stress-free move. I would definitely use their services again and will recommend them to anyone needing packing or moving services.

Excellent response...set up the call on the date we wanted...showed up on time...very professional...Noah was extremely helpful and detailed...the quote came in and was easy to read and understand. We simply decided to use another mover (who we'll review once the move is complete). Nothing negative against Noah and All Service Moving...in fact, I'd have them quote us again the next time we move. I recommend using them to generate a moving quote again!

Move went ok. I only have two experiences with professional movers and this one was far worse than the one before. My review is based on these two experiences and comparing them. Mover was booked quickly and prices are fair. They do not conduct an in home review of items before the move, as the last company did. I thought that was a nice touch, as the mover was able to let me know what items may not make it, which ones we should move ourself, etc. There was no call before the move to confirm. I called them the day before myself, to make sure all was on schedule. Guys showed up a little late. It was a traffic issue, as I called the company when they didn't show up at 9:00 AM. One of the movers was the same guy who moved our family last time, but worked for a different company. It was a great surprise and nice to see a familiar face. He was amazing and knows what he is doing. One of the guys was pretty new and you could tell. It took him a while to wrap items etc. He was also a bigger guy. The day went fine. It was hot. Packing up the house was great. No issues until the truck was unpacked. 1. Guy with less experience went down the ramp backwards and dropped three fragile boxes. Luckily, the box with our family china didn't break! 2. Several pieces of our furniture got pretty beat up. Due to not wrapping good enough, and or being packed next to another item without a blanket in between. 3. 2 of the movers brought up our washing machine. Unfortunately, they put down the washing machine and pushed it back about 3-4 feet instead of using the dolly. What ended up happening, was the feet on the washer ended up going into the marmoleum flooring and created an 8" tear that then wrinkled and the washer sat on it. There was also two other tears on the floor from this. 4. Told the company we had a piano. The movers did not have a piano board and weren't told they needed one. Eventually someone drove one out but the guys had already moved it themselves. I called the company the next day and filed a few claims. They sent out a company to fix everything and it all looks great! I did not get a call from the moving company since I filed the claims. I haven not heard from anyone on how the repairs went or anything. After talking to the company office, I found out floors aren't covered in general move insurance. They took care of the repairs because they want satisfied customers. I was happy with the repair on the floor, in that it was fixed as best it could, but still the floor was brand new and the guys who moved the washer weren't careful on their end. Overall, the move was ok but I spent more for this company and they are rated higher than the last company on Angie's List. We moved 18 months apart, so it was the same amount of furniture, etc. Distance was the same, about a mile apart on both houses. I was not super impressed with the experience of the some of the guys on the team, the amount of issues unpacking, and the overall price. Professionalism of the company was not as good as I would expect for the amount of great reviews they seem to have. I would not hire them again, nor refer this company. I just didn't have the best experience.

Outstanding!! Great communication leading up to move day. Showed up on time and ready to work. Will use again. It's a premium service($) but worth it.

A crew of six movers labored over 10 hours to move our belongings. A glass table top was broken and the finish on our wood floor was damaged (they offered a $100 credit for the floor), eventually they did reimburse us for the the broken glass tabletop. The crew was friendly and efficient, but it took much longer than we expected. The front office would not honor an Angie's list deal due to a technicality.

Actually, they moved me twice. I moved in two steps because I wanted to get in and see how much room is left over for other stuff. So they moved me in two steps. So, two different crews but they were great.

All Service's price was pretty close to most other movers, for the amount of stuff we had. And they didn't quibble over flights of stairs, truck-door distance and other add-ons. The team was great. They showed up on-time with a three-person team, which I requested particularly to handle getting a large headboard down our stairs. They didn't break anything, and got everything loaded up and moved in about 3 hours. It took a little longer to load than unload, but they were great to work with, and I would use them again.

2 man crew showed up on time at first home as scheduled and delivered several items to second nearby home as scheduled. However, as to professionalism: one of the workers at the first home, without telling the homeowner, opened a closed first floor bathroom window wide and left a messy, stopped up toilet, having used the toilet brush in an attempt to unstop it - similar mess to what a toddler would leave. Homeowner chanced on open window when locking up to leave, otherwise would not have known the house was not secure. When delivering to the destination home, a worker kicked bricks loose from the brick walkway without mentioning it to the homeowner.

Kudos to Nikola and Stephen. They they were up and down the stairs in double time. Very professional. They completed the move with three delivery stops in less than the estimated time. Also, office staff was attentive and informative. They made sure we were completely satisfied before, during and after the move.

I am in the process of a remodel and needed various furniture items moved to different areas of my home . Also up or down a flight of stairs, out to the garage etc. Nikola and Stephen arrived promptly as scheduled. We reviewed what I wanted completed and we walked through the house to ensure they understood what I wanted and where. They took great care with moving my furniture; care with the furniture and care with ensuring no damage to walls etc. They moved a 200+ lb. vanity up a flight of stairs and then took care to unwrap it and set it up for me (adding the feet). They went the extra mile and took up the last bit of my old carpet and pad and disposed of it for me. .They moved an extremely, extremely heavy and bulky desk through a small doorway and down a narrow hallway , then down some stairs to my garage. There is no way I could have accomplished all they did by myself or even with help from friends and family. Nikola and Stephen made it look easy and I know it is not. They did so with professionalism and a good sense of humor! I would certain use All Service Moving again. In fact I will be recommending them to my sister who is moving some items from Sequem to SW Washington in a few months or so.

I contacted All Service Moving, because I wanted a quick move, and they were able to do it the next week. Their quote was the per-hour cost of a 2 or 3 man crew. I chose 3 to make sure it was completed in one day. The crew were Nikola, Eric and Caine. They arrived on time, and packed everything very carefully in the boxes they provided. Nothing was damaged or left behind. They drove across town and loaded everything in just over 7 hours. The cost was approximately $1000 for the move and $400 for the materials. The guys were friendly and extremely hard working, and I couldn't ask for any more from a moving crew.

john & the guys showed up early, were incredibly fast & did all the work without incident - there was a small knick in the wallpaper in the hallway & the lower floor screen door was removed and not replaced but overall went incredibly well

They apparently sent their guys up the night before because I got a call at 8 in the morning saying they would be there in a 1/2 hour. When the arrival time said 9-1 and we figured closer to the end since they were coming up from Portland, OR. It was great because they loaded the truck, drove down, and unloaded all in a single day!!! Several reviewers said that they arrived early, so just be prepared. I didn't realize how un-ready we were for them. They do charge by the truck (24') so if it doesn't fit in one truck, then it is the same price for a second truck, so we skipped that option. Bad Idea on our part!!! Plan Ahead!!! It is something we didn't have time to do, but we didn't know what to expect and didn't realize how much stuff you have crammed into a house after 10 years and we didn't even take any of the appliances. We are exhausted as I just got back from doing more fix-ups on the old house so we can sell it. Between us and family members we probably made at least 10 trips in the past 3 weeks, figuring 1 trip back and forth per car. OMG!!!! Skip the headache and hire a moving company to do it all for you. It is sooo worth it even if you have to pay for it yourself like we did. We recommend All Service Moving. **Not related to All Service Moving, just in general: I don't care what any of the moving companies say or estimate for you. You will ALWAYS need more than what they say. The only way to get a full complete quote on your entire move is to have them come do a visual estimate. We were in a time crunch and bypassed this option since we ended up picking a local moving company from where we were moving TO. I thought after talking to several moving companies that I had a pretty good idea and I was no where even close. It ended up costing us so much more in the many extra trips ($$, time, & energy) and eventually renting another 16' moving truck that we loaded and drove ourselves, not to mention all the extra work that they could have just taken care of for us.

Outstand move - best we have ever had!! We have had many experiences using angie's list that have been very positive. Of all of those experiences, in some ways, this was the most impressive. The moving company showed up a bit late but communicated updates on their transit time before, and upon arrival to ensure we could plan for their arrival. After they arrived, the entire crew toured the outside and inside of the house to understand the tasks. After the tour, the crew conducted a brief to outline their approach. They then quickly prepped all of the furniture for movement and begun executing their tasks. They were very careful with each and every piece of furniture to the point that we felt comfortable with their decisions as they went and were unsupervised for the majority of the task. After they packed out the house (in record time, with an incredible, safe pack job...), they took lunch and met us at our new home (obviously not a long move...). The movers then worked with us on each and every piece of furniture to make sure that it went where we expected it in the original condition that we expected. There were several, VERY heavy pieces that were incredibly awkward and tight in the spaces that had to be moved up multiple flights of stairs. This was all accomplished quickly and with no damage to our home. The entire team went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during the entire process. I have rarely been this impressed (though all of the angie's list contractors have been A's (the one's we have worked with anyway) with a contractor. They have one of the highest ratings I have seen on the list and it is deserved. Period.

The movers were there early, and were ready to get started. They were fast and efficient, and very polite. They even negotiated with other movers who were moving people out of the same storage facility, because we all had to use the one elevator. Once at the house, they put everything in place, and even put our bed frame together. It was a very large wood frame with storage drawers. Throughout the whole process, they communicated everything that was going on, and they were very careful with all of our items. Not a single item was broken.

The young men were prompt, courteous, and handled all the boxed items carefully but quickly. They were able to back the moving van into a very narrow driveway to pick up the boxes, then at the new apartment, carried hand-truck-loads up the stairs to the 3rd floor, making many trips. Nothing was broken, and it took only 3 hours. We were very pleased and plan to ask them to move her things again the next time.

I called ASM to move us after our 1st movers cancelled. They were on time, friendly, and hustled to get it done.
