+ -1 moreWonderful! Hector & Rob called when they were on their way. Cushioned the door with pads. Wrapped furniture, and worked very carefully with a great attitude even though this was their second move of the day. Truck was packed tight!
Description of Work: Loaded rental truck from loft (745 sq ft) using elevator. Move included heavy credenza, dining room table, and lots of books.

I also liked the hourly pricing because it was very up front & straight forward. Paid $139 per hour for 3 strong men & a truck.

They introduced themselves (James, Nikola, Rivers, and Sean) and I gave them a tour of what needed to be done. They were professional, careful, pleasant with a great attitude toward the project. It was a complicated move between multiple homes. They worked hard to please and I was more than pleased with the results. I have had many moving experiences and I can truly say that this was by far the best moving experience I've had. Thank you All Service Moving.

+ -1 more-Arrival...on time both days -Pack day before move...easy peasy, crew was super great! -Move...4 fellas, all nice, as above, just one with extra verbal feedback. -Couple minor parts left over issues, compensated for after -Clean and respectful of both properties!
Description of Work: They were on time, and moved the things. There was a lot of complaining, and granted...this is a mega hard job. But there is no way in heck I could COMPLAIN to the customer at my job about the stuff being heavy. There were a few broken items with no sorry and upon the unpack a couple things that were taken apart and parts left over (couch, water cooler). They did a great job on the whole, but I had to keep redirecting on the last few items. The leader of the bunch was awesome. Most of the guys rocked, just one complainer. They packed and moved us in two days. Lovely. UPGRADE! SO above is my original review, shortly after this was posted, Andrew I think called me, like literally the NEXT DAY. In the most awesome exchange, totally not defensive, totally just listening for how to do things better, we discussed the above things. He did an excellent job listening to my feedback, apologized for the above, and offered compensation for the things that were broken. Super awesome. THAT is A++++++ customer service and recovery. I would recommend these guys without hesitation!!!!! The immediate attention to the review, the making it right was amazing. And the original service delivery was well done, with minor customer service issues and I feel totally taken care of and listened too.

+ -1 moreThis was by far THE BEST moving experience and I've moved 5 times in the last 5 years. Greg & Nicola were professional, efficient and fun! They moved me from a 2 story townhouse to a new condo in less than 4 hours. They were patient and more than will to help with all the rearranging at my new and much smaller place. They even came up with some suggestions on furniture placement that worked great and made sense of my space. As the boxes started accumulating in my garage I asked them if they would be willing to put them up into the storage racks in my garage which meant they had to climb up on a ladder. They did and I really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile for me. While I'm not planning on moving for awhile I have already told every person I know about what a terrific experience this has been. Greg & Nicola rock!

+ -1 moreThe move went great. Normal events with a move. Ran out of room in truck so had to make decisions about what would go into truck. Both guys were very helpful in helping make those decisions with me. Had lots of odd bits left behind that didn't fit in boxes but the truck was full. Came back a couple days later with small truck and pick up everything and ASM helped unload that truck at the new site. Only wish...I wish I had hired ASM or another company to pack up the house.
Description of Work: Moved from Seattle to Vancouver. ASM provided truck and the same movers at both ends of the move. The movers, Johnny and Gus were great. There were two other movers at the first day who helped with all the heavy furniture. It was great to basically follow the truck to my new place.

+ -1 moreoOur moving team arrived right on time--a few minutes early. They performed a survey of the house and we reviewed what needed to be moved and how it would be moved. We also checked the house to make sure that any pre-existing damage was noted. The work was done thoroughly and within a reasonable time. The movers were professional and had good humor, even though we have some very heavy, awkward pieces that needed to be carried up and down stairs. I have already recommended their services to friends who need moving done for upcoming events. I have never utilized the services of a local moving company before, but wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if/when I need help. Over the last 8 years, I have moved multiple times, including two major international moves. All Service did as good a job with what I needed as any of the "big name" movers that we have utilized in the past. Thank you!
Description of Work: I hired a moving truck and two movers for 4.5 hours to move my heavy furniture from one house to another. I did all the packing and took care of my own boxes. They did provide blankets and shrink wrap to cushion the furniture and prevent it from being damaged.
