All Service Moving

The move was excellent. Moving is expensive but Nick R and Miller got the job done quickly so the hourly service charge was reasonable and fair. They did a great job of stacking all our furniture and other household items in the storage space we rented. All Service called to see how we liked the service and asked us to rate 1 to 5. We gave them a 10.

Great! These guys were finished before the minimum 2hr. time frame was up, and there were a few very heavy items and appliances in that load, but instead of booking, they actually asked if there was something they could do for me in the remaining time available. They took out my old refrigerator. and delivered it to a neighbor who needed one. I requested and received some of their business cards, so I could hand them out to whomever needed moving services. The gals in the office were just as knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in their job, as the guys were in theirs. Thank you Emma, Nayeli, Cruz, Lucas, Chris, Adam and Charles!

J J, Day, and Harrison showed up on time and worked hard to get our move done quickly, yet carefully. They carefully packed all our fragile and delicate items, and were careful hot to scratch the hardwood floors and door frames. Excellent experience!

Wonderful. Two wonderful gentleman, very pleasant completest, above the norm in customer service. They were excellent in knowledge of job and still set proved that pleasure to have move items today.

On time, dealt w/difficult loading area & elevator and didn't complain. Awesome.

The two-man crew that came up to load our our stuff into their truck was great! They were very careful with our furniture and with the logistics of loading the truck. There was a problem because ASM doesn't send anyone to estimate the amount of the customer's belongings. When I described the amount to the scheduler, it seemed to him that it would all fit, but in fact when the truck was full 44 boxes were left behind. We had to store them ourselves and later rent a U-Haul van, drive up, and bring them down. It's hard to say this was entirely ASM's fault, as they were going on my description; however, they need a better way to get information from the customer. The 3-man crew that delivered our stuff were hurrying and lightly damaged a couple of items. Example: they broke off a corner of an edge piece on a particleboard stereo cabinet. They also brought several pieces of furniture that were not ours and that they had to take back! They said those pieces were in our bin. On the other hand, they worked very hard and on the whole did a fine job.

J J and Stover were fast, knew what they were doing, and asked when they needed to know where something went. They were also quite friendly and polite. Great moving experience!

The 3 men worked efficiently and cooperatively. Each took an area of the house to do the initial wrapping and prep, and then worked together to have the furniture take up as little space as possible in the pod. Only surprise was that we were not told, when arranging this service, that we would be charged for their travel time to/from the job, though in hand sight that makes sense.

This was an excellent move. Ryan, the team leader was well. Organized and on time. Danny & Dwight were the two helpers and all three worked well together ! They were friendly & outgoing, and asked good questions. Only 7 minutes away to new house, and they quickly off waded and finished in about 3 ½ hours.

It ran smoothly. Crew members and energetic & friendly. Worked hard, and easy to talk to, and professional.
