The 2 man team was punctual and professional. All furniture items were wrapped with furniture pads and plastic. Extremely well protected. All work completed within 2 hour time frame.

ASM was fantastic from the start. I had three weeks to cull and pack, and had no clue whether I would get everything packed myself. Casey met with me and said he would book three movers for eight hours, which would be ample for any packing I was unable to do; but I would get billed only for the time I needed them. In the end, it only took 4.5 hours. That greatly eased the stress I was under. On the day of the move, West, Kevin and Jacob appeared on time. They were not phased by anything, including the piano which had to be taken down some very narrow back stairs, worked diligently and amiably, and showed no irritation or objection with any of my concerns. And they packed the truck in such a way that, despite 3,000 miles with a very rigid suspension, everything was solidly held in place when I arrived. I'm grateful for their help in making a horrible situation tolerable.

Service and customer orientation were very good. Isan and Lion did a great job with our belongings and were very careful in packing and moving the items, especially with our bigger furniture pieces. Definitely would recommend All Service Moving again as well as Isan and Lion individually.

JJ and Daniel arrived on-time and surveyed the work to be done. They listened to and followed through on our requests. They carefully protected all items with padded blankets. All items arrived undamaged and in good condition. We would hire All Service Moving and JJ and Daniel again in a heartbeat.
