All Service Moving

I was moving from Oregon to Texas. All Service primarily works on the west coast but they were willing to take this job. They arrived on time and loading was completed in less than 4 hours. I think most of their jobs are small to medium so they can provide a dedicated trunk. Other movers send a small trunk and then reload to a larger trunk that is shared with several customers. They arrived on time at my new house and unloading also went quickly. All of my belongings arrived in excellent shape: there was no breakage or other damage. Perhaps the price was high but this is one of those cases when you get what you pay for.

Perfectly. Chuck and Andre knew exactly what to do. They made sure to cover the dresser so that it would not get scratched. They took the dresser on a dolly up the fifteen steps on the outside of our house and then hand carried it up the stairs to the second floor. They were quick and efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend All Service Moving without reservation.

The movers Chuck, Lambert, and Lujan were punctual, very professional, respectful! Polite and extremely Hard working. They made sure all furniture was very protected for the move. It was a very hot day and they never complained. In all my moves throughout my lifetime these three individuals were by far the best movers I have had.

All Service Moving was excellent. We used them in the LA area and I would recommend to anyone. Rafael M. led the move and he was courteous, communicative, and hardworking. He made the experience a very pleasant one. Many thanks, Rafael and team!

Justin S. and José were amazing! They were communicative about arrival times, they carefully padded and wrapped all of our furniture and fragile items, and they were careful with our homes on the load and unload side. They were a great crew and just genuinely nice guys. We'd hire this company again anytime and would ask for these 2 if they were available!

They were prompt, courteous and careful with my belongings. My move date was rescheduled a couple times because of closing issues with my other home and they were flexible with changing my move date. There was an issue with my truck and they had to bring a smaller one, which could not hold all my belongings. But they reached out and refunded the cost of my time for the following day, which is exceptional customer service! I would definitely hire them again!

Unfortunately I had many issues with this company. 2 movers showed up on time but it went downhill from there. 1 was professional, the other had extremely foul language the entire time of the move. I’m not easily offended but the extreme swearing went on the whole time. My wood floors were scratched and I had new owners moving in the next day so that was stressful. Then a box of family and antique pictures were dropped at storage, damaging several frames. Lastly they were to take a 1/2 hour lunch and that came off the bill however, altho 1/2 hour lunch came off the bill they were gone a full hour. I did speak to the company directly and was understanding however I would definitely not recommend this company. As I’ve gone back to the storage unit I’m finding it very jumbled and not put into the unit in any organized fashion at all.

Cole and his team showed up at 9am on the dot and went straight to work setting up protective covering on our floors and door and completely wrapped all furniture. Nothing was damaged in the move and I felt completely at ease the entire time. The guys were professional and took care to ensure everything was done just as we wanted each step of the way. This was by far the best move I’ve had and I’d definitely use this company again.

This is my 3rd time using All Service. The company itself as far as scheduling, follow up, before and after moves communication has always been customer oriented and exemplary. Kudos to Sarah and Keloni for their customer service. This time was a long distance move. I received same great service. I have used Chuck as Team Lead each time and he has delivered every time. Efficient, knows his stuff, listens to me if I point out extra care items as well as placement of items where exactly where asked. He also communicates with me things that are helpful or more efficient for his team of movers. (I can be a bit of a sidewalk supervisor that is not helpful). After having used alternate movers prior to using All Service Moving, I can say their service has been consistent and satisfactory. Thank you Chuck, Gutierrez and Jesus for your hustle and hard work

The Seattle crew of 4 men/ 2 trucks treated both houses and all of our belonging with a lot of care. This included blanket wrapping and plastic wrap of furniture and moving things we were not able to box because of lack of time/odd shapes. Crew was very respectful and asking about where/how we wanted belongings put.

I have been working on downsizing for about 18 months and have used All Service moving 4 times. Every time they had arrived on time, no hidden charges, the crews have been amazingly helpful and very careful with my belongings. They are clean and quick. Their office is very helpful with scheduling with last minute help and follow-up on the crew's performance. Highly recommend!

Perfectly!Ghost and Gutierrez were awesome! professional moved quickly... Had a slight hickup.. But they came up with a solution... Everything ✔ ✔ ✔ Done! I would definitely recommend and hire them again! When I contacted Angie list... Their company contacted me within 10 minutes... Gave me an estimate, scheduled me for 36 hours later.... Estimate was "right on"... They were on time... They are the best!

All Service moved the contents of our 3-bedroom house from Portland to Philadelphia this past August and the entire move went smoothly and efficiently. Ghost and Deming did a thorough job of wrapping our furniture and art--including fragile antiques--and skillfully loaded the truck for the long road trip. Everything arrived intact in Philadelphia. Ghost managed the move-in at a large city apartment building with equal care, effectively supervising a local crew as well as carefully attending to many details involved in reassembling complex pieces of furniture. This is our second long-distance move with All Service (the first was from New Mexico to Portland--an equally positive experience) and we strongly recommend their services and their team. Their expertise and reliability are outstanding.

DeAndre, Maksim, Deming & Tyson came to move my hot tub. Great group of humans! They took their time, they were smart about how to go get it done and they were all super friendly! Also during this pandemic, they wore masks, which I was really thankful for! They also got me on the schedule fast, which was so awesome! Thanks for always having a great team of movers!

It was a "moving" experience to say the least. The movers were friendly and efficient, and made hauling my stuff from old residence to storage unit to new residence almost enjoyable. The prices were reasonable too! I highly recommend!

What an amazing experience! Kyle and Max were professional, timely, courteous, pleasant, and just what we needed. They arrived on time, were very careful with our household goods, worked efficiently and quickly and delivered our goods with no damage! I'd previously worked with Big John, it was my first time working with Jack, Justin, and Hall and I was super stoked about what they were able to do and how they worked together as a team to get my hot tub moved! Great job!

Best part first: 2 items were lost in the move. One was a brand new pair of Bose headphones, that were set aside so I could wear on the plane the next day. The other was an Apple TV device. I called when I discovered the headphones were probably packed away by mistake, hoping we could identify the box they were put in so I could dig them out, and bring them on the trip. No luck, so I decided I would have to wait for the move back into our house. So about 3 months later we are now in our house, and neither headphones nor Apple TV device show up. I called the company and spoke to John and he said he would investigate. A week or so goes by and I am pretty sure that I'll be out of luck, since the contract says claims must be made within 90 days, and the insurance on items moved is $.60 per pound, which means I might be reimbursed about $3. Lo and behold John calls and tells me they are going to reimburse me for the full value of the two items lost, over $500. The total move cost a little more than $700. I was elated. This is unheard of customer service. As far as the move is concerned, the three men were courteous, careful and efficient. We were not completely packed, so they helped complete that. There were some items that needed to go in my truck so they could stay with us and the other items in their truck to be brought to storage. They did an exceptional job with all of it. We would definitely hire again

Very well. Madge and Markel were fantastic, efficient and quick. This was the second time I’ve used them and both times I was very happy!

Coyote, Big John, Callahan and Tyler came and conquered this task! They were all friendly, had a great rapport amongst each other and worked really well together! The move was completed in no time and it was completed to my satisfaction! I would recommend this crew to anyone and I will be using them in the future!

It went very well! We have used them about 3 years ago and then again 3 weeks ago. We are staging the home now and they will come back when we sell the house. Corey, and Tjoni did a great job helping us move. they work together very well and were very careful with our antiques.
