An absolutely painless, stress-free experience. Mike and Dodge arrived about 8:30 a.m. and had us packed up and on the road by 12:30 p.m Tuesday. What really defines this company and its employees was clear on Friday, when they unloaded at our rental condo. Condo rules limited us to a specific elevator and parking garage through which all moves had to take place. (And the guys had to park on a severe incline in front of the building.) The elevator to our 5th floor unit was horribly slow, and the trek through the garage to get to the elevator was a long way and included a security gate that had to be raised and lowered each time a load was brought into the garage from the truck. My husband and I felt terrible about these unexpected and inconvenient move-in logistics. Mike and Dodge didn't complain once, and were courteous to us and the other condo residents who were using the elevator at the same time. The unload took much longer than it should have, thanks to these annoying condo rules. Nothing was broken or missing after the unload. We paid an extra $200 for in-truck storage on Thursday as we were worried that All Service Moving would beat us to Kirkland - which they did. We did our own packing. We obtained two other estimates: $6500+ and $11,500). ASM did not give us an in-person estimate, but told us in an email that their 24' truck cost $7,500. There were no surprises during this move, which I'd read about in online reviews of other companies. We plan to hire ASM the next time we move.

They sent 3 guys out to pack on the first day, and 4 guys and 2 trucks on the second day. Everyone was professional and friendly, listened to all my concerns with certain items, and took great pride in their work. They even moved a 1500+ lb wood storage cart...that was an experience! We only had 1 small casualty and A.J. was able to use his discretionary budget to take care of it on the spot. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future without hesitation!

They did an outstanding job. We had only one very small piece of damage, which we consider to be absolutely amazing. As they were packing we wondered about why they put certain item together in boxes. As we unwrapped our belongings to put them in the new home we realized the sense of why things were packed that way. The crew was delightful to work with and very professional. They were highly efficient but very careful. We appreciated the care they took of all our belongings and of the grand piano. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them and would use them again as our first choice for moving.

Guys showed up and dug into the work. Our storage facility was packed tight & every worked hard to get things done. Scott specifically did an amazing job with coordinating everything. I appreciate the help.

Our lead Dylan for our move was professional, courteous and just a delightful young man. The rest of the crew Day, Bag, Lion, Ghost, and Jaime were Fabulous also. This crew could not have done more to make this stressful time more pleasant. You should feel proud to having these young men representing your company. We are so impressed the estimator Casey who was also a wonderful representative for your company. The young men on the moving crew were careful and respectful with our posessions. They arrived over halfway through the 4 hour time window. They dragged their feet and worked slowly until they'd been there for about 3 hours, then started working faster as if they wanted to make sure they got overtime pay. They were not professional and did not mention or apologize when they broke one of my glass pieces. One of the worst moving experiences in my life and I spent 10 years in the Navy and have moved frequently.

They moved my things, but were awfully reckless with it and some stuff got damaged which I didn't realize until they left. My ex-husband was a furniture mover so I have a little bit of bias as to how they should behave in the truck. They were not exactly professionals not packing the truck like they should leaving things at the sight we had to go pack to pick up. We should not have had to do that if they packed the truck properly. I would not recommend them or use them, again.
