First of all we changed the date for the move. Confirmed with company it was moved up a week. Saturday came and there was nobody there. Why the A+ rating? When I contacted the company Noah scheduled 4 movers and 2 trucks to move us the following day (Sunday). They didn't show up at 9am as scheduled...they showed up at 825am. I cannot say enough about the moving crew. They are friendly, courteous and very funny. They made our move so much better than expected. If you're moving contact All Service Moving and request the "dream team"....Maverick, Mana, JW, and Tito!

Great. Kyle and Edward were professional, personable and efficient.

It went perfectly! They were exactly on time, respectful with our stuff and incredibly cheerful while lifting a glass table top of over 500 pounds. The cleaned up after they finished, we would use them again in a heartbeat.

Their packers and movers were hard-working, friendly, and very skilled. When the move took longer than expected, they worked hard, late into the evening. We had some difficulty coordinating the three moves efficiently, due to bad advice from their main office, but when we complained, they were very fair and sent us a refund for the overtime charges and additional costs associated with their mistake. So while the move was unnecessarily stressful, we're impressed with the company, overall. (FYI: Their breakage policy (which is industry standard?) relates to weight, not cost, and is nowhere close to replacement value. That said, they helped us fix the table that broke in the move.)
