CALIFORNIA UNIQUE KITCHENS

Initially, Steve (sales) and Louis (installation) were both responsive and professional. However, the subcontractor that installed the lights completely screwed them up to the point of it being unsafe. He removed the wire (and the conduit!) to the stove and put in the wrong gauge in addition to not grounding the circuit. I had to hire an electrician to replace the wire and because conduit wasn't left in place, had to cut through the brand new cabinets. Unfortunately, I had made the huge mistake of paying the balance in full when the cabinets were installed even though all the work wasn't done (missing the tray holder, spice rack and undercounter lights) and it was then that they became unresponsive. Numerous calls were made with no response as to when the work would be completed. I had to make numerous calls to the different subcontractors. It was very frustrating.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE FIRST SALESMAN THAT CONTACTED ME, SO THEN WORKED DIRECTLY WITH THE TWO OWNERS, AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THE WORK THEY DID WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
