Lowest bid by $115 which was significant because this was a small project. I needed it done within a week and it was. Communication between contractor and client was excellent. Cement workers were experienced, efficient, and easy to communicate with. They made sure the job was done right and well. Couldn't be happier with the cost, the work, and the entire experience.

The owner came promptly on a weekend to give us an estimate for the complete scope of work discussed. The estimate was completed in two days and work began within a week. It was finished in the agreed upon timeframe and cost. The crew couldn t have been nicer. They seemed happy with their work.

We have front a yard of gazanias that needed cleaning/thinning. with some other plants and trees that needed wotk, and some very stubborn Dallis grass that needed removing. Most gardeners wouldnâ t touch it. Chris brought out a three man crew and they worked most the day and did a fantastic job. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this company for your yard work.

Sprinkler Valves and Timer Replacement.....Prompt call back after initial contact. Prompt arrival to my house for estimate. Fully explained best and worse case scenarios. They accommodated a last minute change in my availability to be present. Clean up was excellent. The reason for my 1/2 point deduction is that I was told by the job estimator that his technician would walk me through the operation of the new timer system. The technician (Eddie) told me the instruction book was in the box. When I reminded him what I had been told, he said I should call Chris (his boss) if I had any questions. Not sure if technician wasn't versed on the timer operation or he had somewhere else to go at that time. Despite this one negative, I would not hesitate to contact Stockdale Landscape for future business.

The team was very kind and professional, keeping me in the loop with the progress and planning. I appreciate the great communication. They werent the cheapest, but the job was worth it. Thanks guys.

They did a good, apparently thorough job of inspecting what needed to be repaired. The one other contractor I had check the job and submit a bid seemed to do a less thorough job analyzing what needed to be done and quoted a much higher bid price. I rate the value for the money good but only got the two bids and decided the bid seemed reasonable based on past experiences.

Chris was polite, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend his service.

The owner, Chris, is a great, very acknowledged guy; his workers are all very professional, hard working, and cordial. I hired them for some sprinkler work and sodding of my front and backyard lawns. The pre sod prep work was outstanding, and the sod they used from AGSod was the most fresh and top notch quality sod I ve ever seen. Their work is impeccable. My neighbors are envious! I don t generally refer companies, but Stockdale Landscaping ROCKS! I HIGHLY recommend them, you WILL be pleased.
