I think we had a failure to communicate. I had a specific budget and what I was looking for as overall esthetic. I wanted more Mediterranean for my front yard and their renderings were definitely Arizona high desert. I had a specific budget and they could not work within my constraints. Just not a good fit for me.

estimate was included with replacing the 3ft pipes / part and labor costs ! but because the main pipe was very close to sprinkler point , so it was not necessary to use an additional pipe and it was not used! but charged as same as if they put time and material for it.

the installer called me ahead of time to let me know his job before me was held up then he also followed up when he was on their way, once arriving he came and let me know they were here and would start after lunch which he had also let me know' before arriving that they hadn;t had lunch yet, the install was great he walked me thru''as he programmed the timer and was so help full and friendly i would highly recommend him excellent job.

Find someone else their communication is terrible they did not finish the job I felt that they overcharged me for the front yard because it was supposed to be included in the backyard bid. my backyard floods because they took my drainage system out and replaced it with new ones but did not connect them to anything that the water would be able to drain out. so when the sprinklers come on or if it rains or even if my kids are playing in their little kitty pool my backyard floods 6 months it took for him to finally address the situation and he gave me another bill for almost $2,000 I feel that if he had connected the new drainage that they put into my original drainage that went to the streets to drain my backyard would not flood so no I would never use them or recommend Chris and his team from Stockdale landscape and concrete in Bakersfield California and that is my opinion.

They are not the least expensive but do an excellent job, using quality products. I have worked with them several times now.

Great customer service

Customer service was no where to be found. Standing behind there work was not in there vocabulary. I would strongly advise against using them. Spent $1,400. with them and there was no follow up when problems showed up with there work.

Im very dissatisfied with the workmanship of my recent artificial turf install. Im now having to look for another company to come in and correct mistakes. This was a $6,000 mistake. Please go with a more reputable company that solely does artificial turf install. Please.

CHRIS WAS CURTIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. HE HAD A BID PREPARED QUICKLY AND STARTED AND FINISHED THE PROJECT SOONER THAN WE EXPECTED. THE WORKERS WE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE CONCRETE LOOKS GOOD AND IS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE USING HIS SERVICES FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.

The owner was very professional. He knew what the issue was as soon as I described what was going on. He was the only person I talked to who knew it was a valve/manifold issue and not the individual sprinklers.

The men prepped the area the night before and came on time the next morning to complete the area. They were respectful and hard working. They cleaned up after the work was completed and I appreciated that. I would hire them again for other projects.

We had a short notice project that had to be done by this morning and this company came through for us. Professional and work was very good. Prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company to anyone with sprinkler issues.
