Description of Work: Removed our old one-piece 16-foot garage door and chain drive opener, replaced it with their basic roll-up door (non-insulated) and a belt-drive opener. We had to call them back because the safety beam apparently wasn't lined up as well as it should have been (door kept reversing instead of closing), and it was a LOT noisier than the ones in the showroom. A more experienced tech came the same day we called, and realigned the safety beam, did something to the hinges, lubed the heck out of it, and we love it. Nice group of people.

Description of Work: The main spring on the garage door broke. I have a home warranty but after waiting the weekend I was told that garage doors and springs weren't covered. I called King Door they came out the next day. The repairman even repaired the track that was damaged when the door crashed down. AT NO EXTRA COST this made my wife very happy. Description of Work: Due to my inside garage configuration I had to have a solid door installed. So KING took a roll up door and made it a solid type and cut it to size and installed it. BEAUTIFUL door, beautiful work, good price, excellent service and the people in their company; all I spoke to on the phone, in the salesroom and on my job were professional and very good at what they do.

Description of Work: My One piece door was out of alignment and had lost a brace. I called several people in the Bako area, and these guys were the only ones who would come out when I needed them.. Not only did they fix the issue, but they were courteous and prompt.
