Rubin, arrived on time with material and equipment to preform the job. Rubin was very present, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently. When Rubin was finished he took time to explain all of the work he had preferred and even took the time to answer all of our sometimes silly questions. Rubin was the best!!! Great! Ricardo came out a few times for us and is great with customer care, explained everything he did, very polite and that is hard to find nowa days, Their prices are resonable too!

It went better than expected! Ronnie came out and determined we just needed a servicing instead of any expensive part replacements. He also replaced both of our garage door opener batteries. Ronnie was super nice and professional. He wore a mask and even put on shoe coverings before stepping into our home. He was quick but also thorough. Glad we called King Door. They are local and respond quickly. Ronnie was the icing on the cake!

Technician was on time and efficient.

Service was provided the day after I called. Jonathan quickly determined my garage door, which was stuck closed, did not have a broken torsion spring. Instead, he found that the rubbery seal on the bottom of the garage door had fused to the concrete floor during our triple digit summer heat. He maneuvered the door loose and performed a complete maintenance service. Jonathan also answered my questions about a installing a new garage door opener and insulating the garage door. Based on the information he provided, I will schedule to install a new garage door opener in a few weeks. (Meanwhile, insulating the garage door will wait awhile until the remaining garage walls can be insulated, too.)

I had great communication from the start with the person that does the scheduling, dispatcher and my technician. They got me an appointment for the very next day. The technician, Clayton, was great! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, on time, friendly and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable being a single lady home alone with him. He was very professional and I highly recommend him and will use king door for any future repairs.

Jason came because we thought we needed two new garage motors and doors .?jason was great! He said our motors were fine as were our doors and he would just service them and get the lights working again. They are like new we are so happy and Jason saved us thousands of dollars . Hugh Sill I

We requested that King Door call before coming, as we both had plans the day the spring on the garage door broke. We called at 8am, made a same day appointment and requested that we get a call so that we could meet the tech. They showed, without a call, when no one was home and left a note. They used the excuse that they forgot to take the number. In this day, with most phones having caller ID, that is difficult to believe. We called back when we arrived home and within a few hours they sent a kid named Giovanni out. He seemed to know how to repair the problem, but could not control his mouth. He knew we had a construction business and made derogatory comments about things we had done to make the situation work, until a tech showed up. He cleared areas in the garage to work and did not offer to move the items back where they were found. We would use King Door again, as there are only two properly licensed (bonded, Worker's Comp and Liability Insurances in place) Garage Door Contractors listed on Angie's List, but would request that they send any other tech.

My garage door opener was, and still is, only working intermittently. I called King Door because of the positive feedback on Angie's list and because a good friend recommended them. The garage door opener is still not working any better than before. I am so disappointed. King Door was so highly recommended. Also, while they were at my house, I requested an estimate for the repair or replacement of my other garage door. This was on June 22, 2015. I received no estimate, so I called on June 27, 2015 to follow up. I was told that someone would call me on Monday, June 29th. Since I did not receive a call, I left a message again on July 6th. Their answering machine said that calls would be returned on July 7th due to the holiday on the 4th. Each time I leave a message, I leave both my cell phone and work phone numbers. I have not heard back from them. I don't usually leave much feedback, other than an occasional brief "good job" type of thing, but I am just so surprised at the lack of response from King Door. I am also not too pleased with the cost of $124 with no improvement in my garage door performance. Normally, I would let that go, but my whole experience has been so surprisingly bad.

Went great. Called in the morning, made appointment for afternoon. They showed up, fixed the door and were on their way within 2 hours.

Had a spring replaced by Jason from King Door and was beyond thrilled with what he accomplished within the initial one hour time limit. Main door spring replacement and "tune-up", secondary door balancing and alignment and tune-up, pull-through door track move and alignment and tune-up...I'd have spent at least an afternoon trying to complete it all, Jason did as much as he could and in my eyes went above and beyond. I had originally made the appointment through Sarah at their showroom and after seeing the quality and pride of workmanship displayed, I will definitely be talking with them again to upgrade our existing doors. Thanks to everyone!

I thought the cost was reasonable at the time. They were really nice, punctual and came out right away. They did more then I asked for oiling and greasing as that is part of their service.

Really improved the function of the door and the tracking mechanism. Less noise and vibrations. Service man was very knowledgable and pleasant to work with.
