Description of Work: Clark was assigned to me by a warranty company to treat a cockroach infestation. The $60 was a service fee set by warranty. The Clark man was timely, cordial, and professional. The problem was that after 4 sprayings taking a month, the house was still infested with cockroaches. Finally had a different company do the treatment.

Description of Work: I choose Clark of Newbury Park for a repair estimate and termite inspection because we already have insect control with them. Because of this and being seniors we received a 10 % discount. So far everything has been good but we are not finished yet, still need the termite tenting and everything that comes with that.

Description of Work: Asked for a quote and was told there would be $140.00 first time cost, $70 for service fee every other month, and must sign a one year contract. I explain I let go a pest control service just a week ago so I do not understand the $140, and their everyother month fee was about $15.00 higher, and I did not want to sign a year contact. Couldn't cut a deal.
