It was a contract. It was $70 every other month. I like the service because it worked it did eliminate a lot of pest. It was just kind of a maintenance thing. I do have a little bit of a gripe. A part of their service said they would go around and knock down spider webs and stuff like that and they didn't really do a good job doing that, but honestly I did not give a crap. They killed the bugs around my house. To improve their service, the need to be more thorough. They showed up on and time and were dressed nice. I wouldn't be against using them again in the future.

It went okay. We would use them again.

The guy was fairly honest with me by telling me that after he was done I would have a "few" stragglers here and there. I only had him do the couch - but was totally unprepared to come home and find the "nest" looking no different than before. I called and asked why and he said that it was normal. I told him if it was normal then the nests were still there and asked how I would be assured that they "the bedbugs" wouldn't just come back again. When he said they probably would I canceled the 2nd appointment and told him I was just going to rid of the couches then because I felt what he did was doing no good at all. However they were very nice in charging me only $50 rather than the $250 I was quoted. There is a possibility I would use him again - depending upon circumstances because of how nice they were in reducing the bill, however, I didn't feel that ALL THE FACTS were explained to me before the work was done. Of course I have never had bedbugs before either and pray that I never do.

We're very happy with them. He has access to the property. So, he goes around the house and he does his thing. I am not necessarily home. There were no unexpected issues during the last service visit. Their price is fantastic. They are on schedule. Usually, they're pretty good.

I am envious of all the users who had good experiences with Clark Pest Control. I wanted a good experience also. I used to know the owners of this company -- our kids were on sports teams together when young -- and they are good folks, so I still call their company from time to time, but will do so no more. When I first called for an appointment last week, the receptionist repeatedly, cheerfully and emphatically and with great certitude told me, several times, that the tech would call me right back in just a minute or two. A couple of hours later after staying by the phone and receiving no call, I called the tech and he said he had been out in the field. Wait -- don't they have a signout board for their people to keep track of who is in and who is not? Wait -- can't the receptionist follow up and call and say she was mistaken and he will call later? Wait -- can't anybody apologize when the customer complains? When I finally made phone contact with the tech, I made the appointment with him for a time window on the following Monday afternoon. Tuesdays are my office work days. I always make home service aopointments only on Mondays and Wednesdays. Well, you guessed it. My window on Monday came and went, no tech or phone call, so I called the Clark Pest Control office 15 minutes later, cancelled the appointment, and asked that a note about the no-show to go to the tech's suoervisor. Still no apology from anyone. No apology for the no-show from the receptionist, not from someone named Annette that the receptionist put me on the phone with, not from the tech, nor his supervisor. The next day, Tuesday, when I get home from the office, there was a voicemail on my home answering machine from the tech saying he is on his way over. And, sure enough, he had left a door-hanger on my front door knob. Apparently, nobody gave him or his supervisor the cancellation message, plus he came on a different day than scheduled. And still, no apology from anyone. Apparantly, Clark Pest Control can't keep a calendar, they can't keep track of their people, they don't get messages where they are supposed to go, and they do not apologize.

Before this service, we would have 1-2 cockroaches in the house per month. One per lifetime is too much for me, I have a phobia of these horrid creatures, but I can squash a black widow spider barefoot, go figure. Living in Bakersfield has many positive aspects, but cockroaches or water bugs are unavoidable and huge. We've had zero bugs in the house since her first visit. Teresa is very friendly and remembers all of my quirks, such as places not to spray because mourning doves nest in certain areas. I only wish I had hired them earlier.

They have been spraying every month for pest control. I have been very happy with their service for about four years or even longer.

I began service with Clark's since 11/2012 when I had a black widow and red ant problem. They are Great! My first appoint was within 48 hours. The office staff is very friendly. I started a bi-monthly service with they for reasonable fee. What's great is that if you any service in between they come out fix the problem for no fee. WOW! The service is friendly and professional. My serviceman Obed is great. He makes sure I have all my questions answered and if i have extra concerns he resolves them. He is fast and thurow at his job and he always calls to confirm the next service date. I would definitely recommend Clark's Pest Control to EVERYONE!!

They do a great job and guarantee their work. If you have any problems, give them a call and they come right out. They are great.

I have used them for 30 years and it is a good experience; I have always had good quality service from them. When I have a problem they come out that day. They are probably a little more expensive but, like I say, when I call they come. I will continue to use their services in the future.

I would give them all A's. They are here when I want them.

They come and leave the bill. I have no complaints. They are very careful about our dog if she is out. Their product seems to be effective.

We don't have any bugs in our house. We live in =6:25 to 6:31= lots of bugs. They keep everything under control. They come out and they clear all the cobwebs of our house. They come out at the same time every month =6:39 to 6:40=. Their service people are really nice and friendly. They always check and see if we need anything done inside or we need the outside done. They do a really good job. I would absolutely use their services in the future.

I am very pleased with them. He is very thorough about checking all the places that there might be insects to treat. He also cannot stand any spider webs outside the house and he is always checking with me if there are any trouble spots that I want him to check. I did have a mouse problem so he came in and put blue traps around, not that they caught anything. As for punctuality he does not have any particular time schedule to come and do it. I would use them in the future.

I spend $60 a month. They are great. I was having some rat problems and they took care of it. I don't have anymore bugs now. The employees are extremely professional and polite. I have the same guy for years and he is on my Christmas list. Once, there were some ants in my house all of a sudden and I called them and they sent someone else that day. They are really quick and that is what I like more. I would use them again in the future too.

They are very friendly. The price is fine. I would use them again in the future.

I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY. IT STARTED AS AN ANT PROBLEM AND I HAD THEM START COMING EVERY TWO MONTHS. IT IS A BI-MONTHLY SERVICE. THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED, I THINK OTHER SERVICES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT WHEN THEY COME THEY ALWAYS RING THE DOORBELL SO THAT I KNOW THAT THEY ARE THERE AND CAN BRING THE DOGS IN THE HOUSE AND DO WHAT I NEED TO DO. WHEN I CALLED ABOUT ANTS INSIDE THE HOUSE THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY.
