Description of Work: My carpets were filthy! There were pet stains in my living room and dining room. Stanley Steemer came and cleaned the carpet and it almost looks new! They did a beautiful job!

 + 0 moreTHEY WERE EXCELLENT. THE CARPETS CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL, AND WE HAD QUESTIONS WITH REGARDS TO HAVING THE LEATHER CHAIRS CLEANED. CERTAIN PRODUCTS HAD TO BE USED, AND THEY SHOWED US WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO USE. IT WAS THEIR OWN PRODUCT, AND THEY TESTED IT, AND SHOWED US IT WOULD WORK.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED ALL THE CARPETS IN THE HOUSE, A COUCH AND TWO LEATHER CHAIRS.

I HAVE HAD OTHER CARPET CLEANERS COME CLEAN MY CARPET FOR LESS MONEY AND DO A BETTER JOB. THEY WERE IN A HURRY TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND THE CARPETS DID NOT APPEAR TO BE CLEAN WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THE WATER DID NOT SEEM HOT AND THE CARPETS WERE VERY WET WHEN THEY LEFT. IT TOOK THE CARPETS A LONG TIME TO DRY. THIS JOB WAS DONE DURING THE SUMMER.

THEY SEEMED GENUINE IN THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND CONSIDERATION FOR THE HOUSEHOLD. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS THE PRICE-WHICH SEEMED A BIT HIGH. BUT IT WAS COMPENSATED FOR BY THE SERVICE.
