Description of Work: A storm flooded my yard and left 2" of mud. Rebaza Landscaping removed the mud and installed new sprinkler lines and decorative rock. They worked very independently and did'nt need instructions or supervision. Now it looks great. |Note: They need a new cell phone, the conversations included phone static.

Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate on putting in artificial turf. I called them twice because I did not get the estimate - kept giving them my email address. Third time I asked them to mail it to me. They said it was in the mail and emailed but I never received it. I feel they were in over their heads and did not know how to estimate for artificial turf. What I recent is to be deceitful about the process.

I'm not sure where the communications got lost but I still have the emails I've sent to you perhaps we have the wrong email address. As for the actual mailed copy I'm not sure as to why you never received it. I'm sorry that your experience was less than stellar. If you would like we could come out at no cost and give and estament on the spot.

Description of Work: i strongly suggest anyone dealing with this guy get a written estimate showing what will and what won't be done. get another bid!!!!! we paid 600.00 for 2 guys for less than 3 hours work. absurd!!!! lousy job to boot.

Dear member, the $600 that was quoted and charged included material , The property contained many leaks and was in need of many new lines , we trimmed all of the dead bushes, cleaned the pathway outside by the gate which had 3 inches of dirt so that you could see the flag stone and cleared out the leaves by the gate. we also took the blower to your property, even to your driveway. I think you might have understood me about $1000 for the river rock, that was including labor, which is actually a very very good deal, it is $119 for river cobble at Steve Schmidt , you would have needed about 5 to 6 yards total without tax that comes out to $714 at Steve Schmidt top soil in paso robles 805-237-0174, that's just in material the rest of that was labor. Im not sure why the price for the job that we did for you is now to much, I quoted the price before we started if there was an issue with the price it should have been brought up at that point for us to negotiate, plus we did extra work that was not charged

Description of Work: I've used this company in the past with positive results. The last two tries to have the company do more landscaping work has been disapointing, however. Failure to return inquiries in a timely manner. Missed scheduled appointments. I've moved on to another company that is more responsive.

The time that we did have an appointment that I wasn't able to make I did call beforehand to let you know. I tried to call afterwords to reschedule but didn't I receive a phone call back. I understand that you have moved on to another company but if for any reason you become unhappy with them please call and we will make sure to put you at the top of our list.
