Rebaza Landscaping Maintenance Services

Rebaza did a terrific job of removing a huge number of bushes that had grown much too high over the past 30 years. The oleander plants especially were a fire hazard. It took Rebaza about three eight-hour days to do the work of heavy pruning and cutting and then dragging everything out to their trailer. Excellent and professional work.

These guys are awesome. Great attitude, hard working and always helpful! We have a decent sized yard and they keep it looking great. Would recommend!

Rebaza (Claif and Carlos) came out to my house from a job they were doing about 80 miles away and were able to fix it in about 1.5 hours. They dug down, fixed the broken pipe and installed a shut off valve....all in 100 degree weather. They were friendly and courteous and a pleasure to work with. We'll definitely hire them again.

Exceeded my expectations!!!! Claif and his crew were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. They did quality work, measuring twice and then a third time, to make sure everything was perfect. They were prompt and worked hard, sometimes more than 10 hours/day. Claif was very quick to respond to my texts and answer any questions I had. I appreciated how Claif would always double check with me when there was a choice or decision to be made. It was obvious that it was important to him that I got exactly what I wanted. I now have the backyard of my dreams, and I owe it all to Claif and his crew. We were very happy with Claif Rebaza and his crew. Claif kept us informed on what would be accomplished each work day .We gave him a design plan and he followed it or made suggestions that suited our needs better.He does some landscape maintanence so he knows what works or doesn't work in our area.We expect high quality work and were very happy with Claif and his crew. They cleaned up every day when they finished work and went above and beyond when we changed the plan a bit.We would recommend them to anyone looking to have some landscape work done.They work hard and take pride in their work. Very professional. All workers were friendly, and very positive. Work was done very quickly and efficiently. So far the drain has worked even better than expected. No more flooding, so the job was very well done.

Overall - excellent work and very responsive to client needs. Not the cheapest but willing and able to do hard work and stick to it. Repair and move of underground irrigation: Rebaza advised and then accomplished a repair and move of 3 irrigation station valves and boxes that were crushed due to truck driving over irrigation covers. Great work and excellent advice/problem solving. Reset of irrigation: Rotors checked and replaced/rest as needed. Lawn and landscaping benefiting from this action. Installed new irrigation controller, piping and shut off valves: Great work, again excellent problem solving and advice on direction to go with hardware. In Dec ?14 and Jan ?15, I requested a low budget yard renovation--$10,000 was the quote, but higher prices have bumped the cost to $11,200, so I guess I'll be satisfied although some stuff was left undone. My property in rural Atascadero (about .7 acre) had basic landscaping in the fenced back yard, but only a driveway/sidewalk in the front. To start, they tore out 1/3 of the back lawn as requested and with a mini bulldozer levelled and scraped the area. The torn-out grass was dumped outside the chain link fence in back. They tore out and replaced edging for the paths around the back yard. Instead of the raised rock flower bed in the back ($1,200), I opted to have the slope by the side of the road (and outside the side fence) planted in rosemary bushes (deer resistant and fast growing)--before it was old bark mulch and weeds. All told, 50+ 1 gal rosemary plants went there. Told Claif I only wanted a few plants. It looks quite nice although he didn't listen and about 60+ 1 gal plants and 53+ 5 gal plants (10 trees and the rest bushes) have gone in both front and back. The pathways have been cleaned up with compressed granite and a fine-grade mulch has been spread in all the beds front and back--the results of 2 truck beds of the stuff. Massacred the oak trees (my request) that were infringing on the fenced back yard, so I had them chop back two more huge branches and everything now looks fine. Claif tore down the two old garden planters and replaced it with one larger one that is deeper and varmit-proofed (chickenwired on the bottom) and to be drip-irrigated. The side and front yard now have drip irrigation installed--before, there was nothing, just hardpan dirt. They had to use an electric shovel to dig holes for all the plants. They replaced a badly-installed corner fence post, and then fixed up the back yard gate and took away a storage shed. The yard looks great. A few plants in front didn?t make it and will soon be replaced and the sprinklers have had to be adjusted a few times. Claif and his crew are doing a great job with the weekly maintenance also. During the yard reno and since, neighbors remarked favorably about the yard improvement and neat way Claif and his crew cleaned up daily.

Its the basic, just mowing the lawns and stuff. Then they did some tree trimming and that was $1500. It was good. They did a good job. The yard needed some extensive clean up and they did it. They did a good job taking care of that. Sometimes the communication was not the greatest but they always got the work done eventually.

Crew showed up on time and completed the work. I couldn't be present but they did the job.

The entire experience was as smooth as I could have hoped for. I was given honest real advice and information. The install was quick and amazing. His suggestions and ideas made it all come together quite beautifully. I will definitly be calling again for more work in the future.

Claif assessed my yard and gave me a reasonable bid for cleanup and ongoing maintenance. He made some good suggestions and is knowledgeable about the plants I have. He participates in the work, and makes sure I'm satisfied with what he has done. He is personable and professional and knows his stuff.

We've been thru 4 landscape companies in as many years. They all start out the same --- offering you a good price and saying all the things you want to hear. Unfortunately, after a short amount of time they fall short of expectations. Thankfully, Rebaza is different. Our relationship with Rebaza Landscaping began with them coming to clear out some overgrown landscaping. They were remarkably fast --- cleaned up the area and gave us a fair price. While Claif and his men were here, he walked around our property and described what he thought needed to be done. All of his comments were logical and sensible. I was apprehensive about switching landscape companies AGAIN, but we needed true professionals not another mow-blow-and-go outfit. Claif assured us he would take care of our yard as if it were his own. It's been two weeks now and we're very pleased with their progress. We know it will take time to get our landscaping back in shape, but we can see positive changes each week. They are punctual, kind and professional. We've been recommending them to our neighbors and friends. I'm so thankful to have found Rebaza landscaping!

Clive and Sergio were excellent workers. I asked them to do the cleanup over time to avoid one big lump cost. Over several weeks, they took my yard from being a jungle to being a well pruned, pleasant environment.

This is a wonderful crew of landscapers. They arrived on time and worked quickly for two hours. And they went that extra mile to help me trim and pull back an unruly bougainvillea. I highly recommend this company and will be calling them for more help in the future.

We signed up for the twice a month service with Claif last year. He has maintained our property for the year and is always prompt when I have a important need. He has all his quality equipment that make a huge job go much faster. He is always available to handle any platings or projects I come up with .

I was very pleased with the work that Claif and his crew did. I had them completely tear out and redo my front and side yards to a more water efficient and lower maintenance landscaping. Claif is very knowledgeable and had lots of good recommendations on how to achieve the desired results. He was always responsive and kept the project very manageable and orderly. Claif is more expensive than some, but he is worth it. We work as partners in caring for the lawn, shrubs, plants, etc. When I bought mulch, he suggested where I should go, what kind to get, and his guys put the whole nine cubic yards on all the uncovered parts of my property. He repaired the drip irrigation system, and, with the parts I bought, extended it where necessary. He advised me on plantings, and planted all the stuff I bought. And he got rid of some gophers. If you just want mow blow and go, pick someone else. If you want a professional partner, this is the guy.

I was so happy to have them here. They planted some flowers and transplanted some others. They also extended the drip line for the plants. Very professional and knowledgeable.
