Description of Work: They installed gutters in the front of the house and aluminum fascia covers all around the house and on the skylights. |The plans and work performed were excellent. David showed up at our appointment time and the whole project was finished on time. The colored gutters and fascia covers look very nice.

Description of Work: Sent detailed complaint about inappropriate location of downspout on front of house, never heard back. Otherwise performed well, but judgement of crew should have received the attention of the operator once advised. I would not use again unless there was an adult present to supervise.

Description of Work: They put gutters on the west side of my house. They helped me figure out where the underground drains ended up and did not end up and this was above and beyond the call of duty. They were thorough and friendly and were training an employee so I had three people working here. Just a nice experience and reasonable cost.

Description of Work: The men arrived on time and were both very professional. The gutter was installed properly. Two rectangular holes were required to be cut into my new deck to allow passage of the downspouts. They were both perfect. The drainage tubes were run away from the house just as I had asked, and they were easily buried. This review would have been done earlier, but I had to wait for it to rain to see how the gutters and downspouts worked. They performed great!

Description of Work: Unfortunately, I can't remember how much the service cost, but I remember it was very reasonable. We had some sagging rain gutters as well as a leaky/drippy connection. They were able reattach & reinforce the existing without having to replace, as well as put in a new leak free connecting L shape. The gutters have worked great since the repair. We are looking to get quotes for additional gutters on the other side of the house and will definitely start with these guys!

 + -1 moreThe work was performed within a week of getting the written estimate. I was afraid of the gutters taking away from the overall look and clean lines of my house but they look great. They blend in and are not very noticeable. They have many colors to choose from and the white gutters and gray downspouts match the color of my house well, helping them to blend in. Overall I am very satisified
Description of Work: I had gutters put on 3 sides of my house to prevent rain from running off the roof, hitting concrete surfaces and then splashing water on wooden doorframes and causing them to rot.

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. This was the 2nd time we used Five Star Rain Gutters. In March 2010 we had them install rain gutters on several sections of our roof. In October 2011 we had them add some additional rain gutters in an area we had not done the first time. In both cases they were very professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with Five Star and would not hesitate to recommend them.

 + -1 moreIt went very well and I liked everything. It was fine and I was very happy with them. It was very professional and they were very punctual. I don't know the price for gutters. So, I don't know whether they were higher or lower in terms of their pricing. The quality was excellent. There was one minor thing as they were supposed to leave something for me and they did not. It took them a little bit of time to get that to me if I remember correctly.

 + -1 moreThey showed up a day early when we weren't home. The gutters were installed slanted away from the down spouts. Stiffeners were left out so the gutter didn't hold water just pour over the side. While the gutters were blue they installed white end caps. When they said they would redo the job the only installed additional down spout to accomodate the improper installation, spray painted the end caps a installed the hardware they left out. The section on the garage is still wrong and leaks. Oh yes, and one of the downspouts leaked where it had been pierced with a metal tapping screw.
Description of Work: Installed gutters along front rear and side of house and garage. Requested gutters eave on driveway. Requested one piece blue aluminium with gray downspouts.

 + -1 moreThey came once to estimate. Returned with the replacement facia board which I painted. Returned when that was ready with two workers and all the supplies, and did the repair in a few hours. It looks good.
Description of Work: Removed failed gutter and rotten facia board, then replaced with new board, flashing (that had been missing since construction), gutter and part of downspout that was loose and corroded.

 + -1 moreOur patio is improperly graded and needs to be redone since there is no way short of digging a french drain to change the position of the downspout that causes water to pool at the wall of the house. While Dave agreed that ultimately the patio itself would have to be fixed, he came up with an acceptible and affordable temporary solution that no one else thought of--a temporary extention that releases the water into a safe area. It can easily be inserted into the existing system when it rains and then just as easily be removed and stored when it isn't needed. This great temporary solution will keep our home safe from standing water until we can afford to fix the patio. Dave kept me informed as we waited for parts, was entirely professional in both demeanor and installation, and the cost was as estimated
Description of Work: The downspout of our rain gutter needed to be redirected, but no one could figure out how to do it without making it obstructive in some way because of it's position on the patio. I had three other companies look at it and they had no suggestions.
