Description of Work: After a lot of phone tag I realized the plumber I usually use was not interested in replacing my water heater. So I found Western Rooter on Angie's List. One call and I had a new water heater installed the next day, at a reasonable price. I won't be bothering my old plumber any more.

Description of Work: I had a couple of issues going on at once. The water was backed up in my bathtub. Nothing came up when I used the snake. Toilet flushed but started leaking on the floor from the bottom. I thought it was tree roots causing the backup. I called Western. A nice professional plumber came out. Very helpful. Checked out all plumbing areas and found the problem. He fixed it immediately and got everything cleared again. Thank you again. I'm glad I called.

+ 0 moreOur sink drain clogged on a Saturday. I thought I had fixed it myself, but it clogged again on Sunday. I called our regular plumber around 8:45 am on the Monday. They referred me to Western Supreme Rooter, who set up a window from 9:30 to 11 am. In fact Rene arrived 15 minutes early and went to right to work. He used his small machine for quite some time, but after getting it to go around two sharp bends that were all the way across the house, it ran out of length without clearing the clog. He then brought in his big machine, and the problem was fixed about 15 minutes later. The whole job took more than one hour. It did help that we have an outside clean-out below the kitchen S-bend, so there was no need to go inside. The drain has been working fine for the last 36 hours. Rene was very patient, professional, and friendly. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

+ 0 moreThe two guys that came were terrific. The last time they came was on Christmas day! It was dark out but they came and did their job. It turned out that the entire drainage system needed to be replaced. I had a lot of concerns but they worked with me. They worked for five days straight doing nothing but work. They were just wonderful. I would recommend them and use them again. I can't say enough about them. Jess and Renee came out and they were wonderful.
