Description of Work: Took over an old alarm system. Company should train technician more on alarm system takeovers. Technician was caring, but had never worked on my kind of system so had to research my system as he went along. | |Salesman made sure that I had all new batteries for the system. He bought them and I reimbursed him. | |Company is prompt in calling if I forget to disarm my system when I return home.

Description of Work: The firm is very responsive to questions or problems. The salesman was very professional and guided us through the process. We looked at three different firms and selected Post because it seemed to be the best for maintaining our security. The installation, however, was a challenge, since there were several missteps (e.g., IR beam in the middle of a wall, the wireless center in the middle of the living room ceiling, the window sensors were not appropriate for our windows, etc., etc. It took several different installations and my contractor had to repair a few holes that were made in the wrong places. But, all that is in the past, and the system works. We've had no false alarms (except for my miscues), and we feel safer and better for having it.

Description of Work: Post tied into our 20 year old system that was partially working...they saved us probably over $1000 by doing so...we've had some problems with the 'old' system and they have come out and everything is wroking as we had hoped it would.
