Description of Work: I'd like to add my 5 Star review for Jacobb, the young man who owns Hoppers Plumbing, as he exceeded all expectations. I own a home in another city and currently rent a house in Grass Valley, CA. Last week I had a fluke accident when the blade part of the blender fell into the garbage disposal without my realizing it, and yes- the blades locked together when I turned on the unit- and froze miserably. After slicing my hand trying to extract the part I turned to Angie's List, and chose Hoppers Plumbing based on the excellent reviews. Jacobb arrived on time, was exceptionally pleasant, well groomed, and very professional, replacing the unit quickly and efficiently. He took the time to try to extract and save my blender part- which had sliced through the disposal- and made sure everything was working perfectly, and all was clean before leaving. The cost, which included a new [high end] disposal, was extremely reasonable. I was amazed to find someone so pleasant, efficient, and willing to drive so far while accomodating my schedule- for such a reasonable amount. Great service- I believe Jacobb will do well with his company and I wish him well! Highly recommended!
