Description of Work: I called their office for an appointment the next day to install a new garbage disposal at my house in Hesperia. I was given a morning appointment and told to wait there for a plumber to arrive. We took off work to wait at the house for a plumber that never came. We ended up waiting most of the day actually. I called their office 3-4 times that day to speak with the boss/owner, and left messages, asking where was their plumber. No one at the office knew what was going on regarding the appointment but kept referring me to the boss/owner. The owner didn't call me back to address this issue, and we ended up wasting a whole day for nothing. Outstanding service!

Description of Work: Dug up drive way in front of garage and repaired sewer line. Re-cemented drive way.

Description of Work: Relocated water heater from inside house into the garage. The initial meeting was fast. Afterwards I felt like they really didn't care if I contracted with them because phone calls were not returned promptly and I had to keep calling. When the job started, Robert was very polite and worked hard. The price was the most expensive out of all the plumbers that came out. I negotiated to a lower bid, yet they were still the most expensive. Overall the work was good. The only other thing was that a roofer was supposed to be here when the roof penetration was made. Hitt plumbing was to arrange this. The roofer did not come until 2 days later.

Description of Work: Were looking for the cause of a sewer gas smell. We never really found the root cause. It seemed to me that the technician was guessing trying different things, the next step was to empty the water heater and open the wall and see if the tub trap was the problem. This is where i stopped with the service.

Description of Work: Arrived within a very short period of time after I Called. The technician was polite, informative and completed the job quickly. I asked him if I should have the entire system. After he checked the line he said that It didn't need it and to save my money. It was raining at the time of the service and the technician refused to come in the house even though I have tile flooring and told him that it would be alright.

Description of Work: Replaced a broken part in a faucet. Went smooth for the most part. Part and labor: $140. Used a discount available thru Angie's List. I gave them a B for their price, but they were the least expensive out of 3 or 4 that I called. I just think that everything is too expensive.
