Great! I left a message 7pm at night. Doug called me back promptly at 8am next morning and was able to book me a 6-7pm appt. that day. He showed up at 5:45pm! He knew exactly what was wrong, had the parts in stock on his truck, gave me the estimate and got to work. He also included a check-up of a second functioning garage door opener at no extra charge. He was more than happy to answer all my questions about why the opener broke, what the proper maintenace is as well as giving his opinion of the state of the second opener. He was done in about 45 minutes and the door works as good as new.

Arrow Garage Door did a good job. They came out and replaced our garage door and got the job done quickly.

Doug offered to come on a Saturday. He was right on time. He quickly diagnosed out problems with our garge door elements and then he fixed them. He was very pleasant and we would certainly recommend him to others.

Doug, the owner, showed up within the one-hour window we agreed to. He lubricated the hinges, adjusted the spring and stopping points, and adjusted the pull arm. The door is quieter now and easier to open manually.

Doug returned my call promptly, was here at the quoted time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. As he fixed my garage door opener my 3 and 5 year old boys sat and watched. He was friendly, knowledgeable and speedy. I loved that he was able to fix my opener instead of telling me I needed a new one :) That is good old fashioned honest service. I would definately use him again and refer to others.

Our automatic garage door had a broken cable and the door came off of the rails. We couldn't close the door while it was in this condition. We found Arrow on Angies list and called to see if someone could come out. We expected it might take until the next day to get someone, but we spoke with Doug how said he would be able to come out later the same day. He showed up early, which was great. We were expecting with the age of the door and it's condition we may have had to buy a new door. Doug was friendly and professional. He realized the problem right away and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He also lubricated the garage door rails, which we had never done. Pleasant and painless. Would call him back in a heartbeat!

Doug was punctual, very courteous and friendly. He spent about 30mins on the repair. Everything works perfectly now.

Garage door suddenly stopped opening. Needed to be pushed up so that my husband could go to work that day. Called and was able to schedule repair that afternoon. Was prompt and professional, and seemed very honest. Our garage door is now much quieter than it used to be.

It took him about 1 1/2 hrs, faster than I thought it would take. He took the time to explain to me all the features of the opener. He also gave me a remote with a keypad for free. He was extremely pleasant, very professional. I will be spreading this good news to everyone I know. He's great!

Garage Door opened 1/8 of the way, stopped, and shut. Upon inspecting, I noticed the left spring on the roll-up door was broken. I consulted Angie's list and found Doug from Arrow. I called on Monday, and he came the SAME DAY! Doug gave an estimate over the phone and completed his work within 1 hour. He's honest, helpful, and GREAT at what he does. After completing the repair, Doug lubricated the garage, extended the antenna to get me better range, and asked "is there anything else you'd like me to check?" Are you kidding me?!!! There's no one out there like him!! He was great and I'd highly recommend him for ANY Garage Door work!

The owner answered my telephone call on a Saturday and was very straightforward in answering my questions and providing a quote to do the work. After making a couple of other calls to check price and availability, I decided to go with Arrow and made an appointment for work that day. He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. Upon making out the bill, I was given a discount, which I didn't know was available and didn't request.

Within the span of about a week, I called Doug; I spoke with him a few days later in person while he inspected my older garage for an estimate; and, after another few days, I had a new garage door. It was a very positive and smooth process overall. Doug gave a thorough explanation of the work to be done and readily answered my questions. Install time was about half a day, and the finished job was impeccable.

I had bee having trouble with my garage door not closing. I called Arrow to ask for an estimate on repair. Doug answered the phone and was at my house within a half hour. After I described the problem, Doug had it fixed within a few minutes! The problem was so simple and quick that he didn't even charge me. But you can bet that I'll be calling him the next time I need help with my garage door.

It went very smoothly. He was very fast. I called and he answered the phone himself. He dropped by later the same day and fixed it. He has a really cute little truck.

DOUG, the owner of arrow responded to my call for broken spring on garage door. He gave same day service an fixed the broken spring. As logically follows, being that the door is old and all the springs were equally fatigued, we went ahead and fixed both sides of the door (replaced all the springs). Now it works VERY well and he put finishing touches by spraying the rotation points with a silicon/teflon mixture to keep the hinged areas running well. I asked him about the garage door opener, which he inspected, and said it looked fine. No hidden costs, no hidden agenda. A very nice, professional straight shooter! I can see why Doug and Arrow Garage doors won Angies lists awards in 2007, 2008 and I presume he'll get one for 2009 and is already on my list of favorites for 2010.:) BJP

I called Doug yesterday (he installed my garage door 3 years ago) because the door would not close. It kept reversing and I could not figure out the problem. He came today and removed a tag stuck to the door that kept tripping the sensor. I never noticed the tag hanging off the door! I said, "Doug, do you wanna lubricate the door to make this trip worth your while?" Well, he did grease it up but he didn't charge me for the service call! He simply said, "This was too easy!" Wonderful customer service! Go with Arrow Garage Door. You can't go wrong!
