Job 1: Answered the phone promptly and quoted at that time. Scheduled within 1 day of first call and arrived within the 1 hour time window provided. Doug made friends with the dog and impressed with his service. Job 2: He came within the agreed upon appointment window, and promptly replaced the springs. Cleaned the workspace when finished. I called him a few days later because the automatic door opener was not always working. He came a second time at no additional charge and adjusted. I'm not clear whether the adjustment was due to my error or his, but he came promptly to investigate and resolve. This made me feel like he took responsibility for his work seriously and I didn't have to convince or argue or anything. He just said he'd come back, and he did. It has worked flawlessly since then.

Excellent. At the initial estimate appt., Doug was prompt and knowledgeable. When we called him, we were able to leave a voice mail directly with him and he always returned the calls within 5 or 10 minutes. He impressed us as being trustworthy and a man of his word. He performed the work as promised, no delays or hitches; was likable and professional and left the job site clean. We also like the fact that he offers a 24/7 emergency repair service.

When my garage door went off its tracks, I called around and found that Arrow could send someone the next day. (My garage doesn't provide access to the house, so I figured the next day would be fine.) The repairman from Arrow came out right on time and fixed it in no time. I'd been wrestling with it for a few hours, but hadn't been able to get it back on track. He made it look easy - was finished in about 40 minutes. Also, he was able to work around the shelves, boxes and kids' toys that I thought I'd have to move out of the way.

I checked Angie's List reviews and contacted Doug; he promptly answered the phone and scheduled me for the next day, 12-9, with a one-hour window. He showed up within the window and determined that the garage door opener just required adjusting and did not need to be replaced. He adjusted the limit switches, and stapled the wiring that the other technician had pulled loose and left hanging. I had been thinking of replacing the garage door next year, I got literature and pricing from Doug. I would never use the garage door company sent by the home warranty service.

The owner showed up on time and completed the job in about one half hour. He was courteous, polite and great to work with.

Doug returned my Sunday evening call for help and scheduled a time to come out the next afternoon. He called when he was going to be 20 minutes late. He arrived within that time and efficiently completed the job to my satisfaction. He cleaned up after himself and hauled away my old equipment. He was pleasant, knew what he was doing and his price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him.

Doug was true to his word; he did a fantastic job, on time and on budget. I had got two estimates, but as the owner/employee of his company, he instills confidence in his workmanship and competency and in the quality of materials. I was very impressed that he does the work himself. I was afraid the old garage would need a lot of reframing to install new doors, but he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He even removed an overhanging platform and he left the garage clean. Only minus points was showing up half an hour earlier than scheduled. He had another experienced worker with him and together they made a good team, worked hard and got everything done in five hours. I believe his prices to be fair and highly recommend his services.

ARROW DOORS WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND SUBMIT A GOOD QUOTE. THEY QUICKLY TOOK OUR OLD GARAGE DOOR AND SYSTEM AWAY AND INSTALLED A NEW INSULATED DOOR AND TRACKING SYSTEM.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME ON THE DATE SCHEDULED. THE INSTALLATION OF THE DOOR OPENER AND GARAGE DOOR WAS VERY QUICKLY DONE. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
