Description of Work: Steven arrived within the time promised on the same day I called. He quickly assessed the problem recommended a fix to reduce the chance of future issues. He had to go get a few parts, came right back and got to work. Very professional and efficient.

Description of Work: American Plumbing was prompt and professional. They sent a technician that spent a considerable amount of time evaluating a leak that I have had for a long time and that several plumbers have looked at over the years...and have failed at correcting. |The technician located the problem but unfortunately they do not do the repair that I needed, to lift out a shower frame and silicone the underside, which apparently the original installer never did...so back to Angie's list for another repairman. BUT I finally have an answer and the technician charged me nothing. Now that is something! | |

Description of Work: They changed three valves for my shower/tub. They came on time and cost of work was about what I expected. They explained what they were doing and why. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
