They were very professional

I called about a dead animal smell in the house. The technician was nice, respectful, and arrived on time. But ultimately the dead animal somewhere in my house was not located. The tech didn't seem to have basic tools that might have helped, like a mirror on a stick to look in tight spaces, or maybe a tiny remote camera like the kind i just bought on amazon for 20 dollars. I feel more could have been done. Afterwards, I called the scheduler again to set up an appointment for an estimate to rat-proof ny house--a different person. I left a message gor The same person I had spoken with earlier, didn't get a call back. Overall, the service was cordial but not terribly effective at meeting my needs.

We ran into some issues during the course of the project, but the company was able to resolve matters after taking the proper course of action.

Customer service took too long to answer my e-mail or didn't answer at all. The agent that gave me the cost of the job was not in agreement with the company procedures and charges. They picked up the cage without making sure that someone was home and said they did the sanitation but there is no way for me to know.

He took care of the problem. And was very nice.

Extremely prompt and thorough with many years of experience. Project has just started and hopefully, no more rats in the next month or so.

They take advantage of Seniors and Rip them off. I got duped into hiring them. I should have waited and got another estimate.. Never again. I had a visitor under my house that my dog sniffed out. How can you do a thorough Inspection if you don't go underneath the house? All they did was shine a flashlight in openings.

The technician was polite and did an excellent job of explaining options for doing the work. He did the job efficiently and successfully. I am very pleased!

I have a rodeant problem, hired another company , and have to fired them, Then I found All N One Pest Eliminators and they did an exelent job. All that came to my house were very profesional and Joshua was the best. If I have this problem again. I will definitely call All N One Pest Eliminators

The workers were professional. the person who came to give me an overview of what needed to be done was very nice and explained the work in simple terms.

Very cordial and efficient, explaining to us what to do in the future. Believe our technician's name was Cory. The house had been empty for quite some time with trash around. He sprayed for spiders, wasp nest and rodents.

They were the second pest eliminator and the got rid of our rats. It was a bit pricey, but they got the rats and they have stayed out of my house and kitchen.
