Rodney douglas was very knowledgeable ! And I would recommend to anyone in need of pest control! I recently moved on and needed a inspection for rodent SERVICE..ALTHOUGH I AM still shopping through companies for when we can start service I want to thank the company and Mr rodney douglas who came out to assist with this process. Their rep pushed an expensive one-size-fits all contract. Even though he stated we obviously had a rat problem under the house that destroyed our ducts, and a review of the yard and vents revealed that no larger animal could have gotten under our home, he quickly had us sign a contract on his computer before we had a chance to review it. A large animal yard trapping contract!? We had no further contact with the rep, and when we called the office to complain that the rat issue was not being addressed, it was all our fault. Communication between the office and their workers is bad, or commissions based on size of contract is an inappropriate way to conduct business? No follow up, no options offered, just sign here (buyer beware). We had to hire another company to deal with the rats and communicate their efforts with us.

So far, so good.

Amazing customer service - We called to see if they could send someone to help us check for a possible rodent in our laundry room. They sent someone that day to set traps in the room and then an inspector out the next day to take care of the rest. The inspection was very thorough - checked the trap in the laundry room, checked the attic as the entrance is in the laundry room (found rat droppings) and then checked the perimeter of the house for possible entry points. Sheldon helped us do the exclusion that day and set the next trap check appointment. These folks are great and highly recommend!

Good for what I needed, great information to keep pest out.

They were great! She came out on a Saturday afternoon and took care of the large infestation of yellow jackets that had built a nest underneath two shingles on the back wall of my house. Told me what to expect afterward and gave me a card to call her if they come back (they haven't, but it is always possible). Excellent service. I highly recommend her.

Still waiting for final "all-clear," but these guys came out and provided an estimate the same day I requested it, and were able to do my "first exclusion" within a week (my whole house was infested with rats, discovered when I was installing a new furnace, new roof, and solar panels. Seems to be working so far . . .

Terminix Sucked. Three missed appointments, sent wrong person, even though I made it very clear that we were a commercial business. So I went with All in One. They responded within 24 hours. Extremely knowledgeable, and cost very fair. Excellent company

They did not do what they promised to do for $825: Put only 2 of 6 Wire screens on vents; only spotily covered bottom edges of trailer skirting to keep out rodents when promised complete coverage; instead of putting traps around various spots underneath, 3 baited traps were put immediately inside the access door as if rodents were only going to enter through that door.

reasonable enough charge for coming to get our trapped live skunk. however there is an extra charge to return the trap, which costs us $60. Why can't they just bring us a trap in trade that is similar? Or I can go pick it up at their place of business.

The workers are professional and personable and they explained the various factors and steps. They were on time and efficient. They sat out and baited cages, caught two small animals, and are set to plug up an entryway under my deck. One cage has been out for five days and has not caught an animal. The worker told me that several houses in my neighborhood had also used them to put out cages and caught animals.

I was fine with their services. My only concern was that I did not receive a data sheet describing composition and possible side effects of their Odo Ban sanitizer/deodorizer, and the home owners and house cats had allergic reactions to that substance.

Professional, fast, efficient. They were friendly, responsive to our needs - and (did I say?) the rats are gone, and have not come back! They were a good choice.
