Our first experience with any exterminator but this company got the job done. He was the first to call after we submitted the request. We always consider this a good sign.

Mario is as pleasant as he is efficient. I had read many of the reviews of his company, and his name was always mentioned in terms of plusses and positives. I'll second that. (Now I'm waiting for the good results of his work.)

I had skunks move in under my home. Yes skunks!!! Mario was kind, professional, responsive and compassionate. I was an emotional mess Mario got rid of the skunks a couple of raccoon and deodorized the entire are under my home. They are wonderful!!!!

Rodent problem: Mario was a pleasure to work with initially; came to my house and set up traps and put up barriers to block entry for mice in my kitchen. I hired him to do the same with my garage; he set up traps/barriers to entry but has not returned to check the garage which was part of a signed agreement. He hasn't responded to emails and phone calls. A big disappointment, because I have recommended him to several people in my neighborhood.

Mario, was as professional as all of the other clients mentioned. Within hours our ant problem had diminished by 85% and within 2 days, it has been completely eradicated. Mario's service, effectiveness and cost put him at the top of the list!

He will stay with the process until a positive result is achieved. I would definitely recommend contacting Mario for any pest problems.

Mario has a wonderful personality and is very concerned about what you as a customer expect, and he gives you more than what you expected. He goes to work immediately and takes care of all the details and leaves the homeowner happy knowing the job is being handled properly. I am completely satisfied and most important not worried about the problem anymore.

Mario went the extra mile to accomplish removing the raccoons and then covering the openings to our total satisfaction. He visited the house several times to remove the raccoons as each was caught and dealt with them humanely (mom and babies). It took a week, but everything turned out well. My brother and I would hire Mario again in a heartbeat--responsive and eager to please.

He was very punctual and explained what he was doing and gave his professional opinion on how to address the issues. He also identified another problem and suggested I have someone take a look at it.

I sure hope I won't need to, but if my newly installed lawn again becomes the hottest night spot in town for raccoons and skunks, I won't hesitate to call Mario again.
