Description of Work: Plumbing - work two bathrooms in my personal home. And lots of heavy duty plumbing under house at my rental property. So efficient, friendly and affordable. Both times I used them they were actually doing work that other plumbers had either failed at - or did a so so job. I felt confident that the work done was not being overcharged and done properly. I will have them back to work on my irrigation and my upstairs bathroom ! Love their work, and trust them.

Description of Work: I need a toilet reset right away and Tom came promptly and did it for me. He was very professional and curteous. My only complaint is that he said he would give me and estimate and come by to do some other work I needed done but he never followed up.

Description of Work: Had a broken water heater, called Tom in the morning, he was out later in the afternoon. And Prompt. Courteous and friendly, finished the job faster than I thought it would take. Description of Work: My son's toilet was clogged. Tom said the "flushable wipes" are not really flushable. I was horrified and immediately went to the store and bought small garbage pails with those little fresheners, for the "flushable wipes" to be put into. When you are used to using them, you cannot go back.

Description of Work: I called Tom's quality plumbing due to the Angie's list reviews since it was too far for my local plumber to travel. Besides answering my call immediately....he took care of the plumbing issue super quickly and at the price he quoted. He did his job professionally and you cannot ask for more than that! He will (for sure) be the local Orange County Plumber I recommend to all of my clients!

He responded very quickly and was able to recommend a reasonably priced toilet for replacement. He built up the toilet flange to bring it up to code and seat the new toilet properly. His professionalism and work were excellent!

+ 0 moreTom was able to do the needed repairs right then, and called another guy in to help him. Although the estimate had been for a small snake-job, and it turned into a larger project, I never felt pressured to go ahead with the more expensive work - it was obvious, even to a non-plumber, that the work needed to be done. As it turned out, Tom had to climb under the house crawl-space to work on the pipes under this tub area - itself a scarey proposition! He managed to do all the work, correct the original drain problem, fix the leakey toilet next to the tub, clean up everything in the bathroom.....all within about 3 hours. I was happy with the work. The only negative thing I can say is that he did not nicely patch up some drywall in the wall behind the bathroom (he had to go into the garage to see if he could punch through the wall to get to the pipes in the bathroom). The repair to this wall was really unsatisfactory and I should have looked at it before he left. I will call him up about this....but, I would still use him for plumbing in spite of this because his good points far outweigh this one complaint.
Description of Work: I called Tom out to fix a backed-up bathtub drain. When he got into it, the job was alot bigger than first anticipated - the 50 year old pipes were unable to be snaked and some earlier work that had been incorrectly performed needed to be repaired.

+ -1 moreMy water would not turn off so I had to turn off the main water to the house, of course this was in the late evening. Tom came out at 8pm and fixed it all right away, I was very happy with the job done. I feel it was maybe a little on the high side for price but plumbers charge alot.
Description of Work: Replaced 3 handles for bathtub.shower valves, new stems and seats. Replaced tub spout in another bathroom also.

water heater repair
+ -1 morePrompt arrival. Very polite and professional. Work performed without delay. Time will tell if it holds up, but to the eye it looks to be of excellent craftsmanship and care. Mr. Freuler (Tom) is someone I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: July 29, 2008 earthquake caused damage to water heater water lines. Called Mr. Freuler and left a message. He promptly called back and was at my house within 30 minutes. He assessed damage and gave an estimate. Work was completed as estimated. He installed new lines and nipples. He also inspected areas and advised me some work on the water heater needed to be done to bring it up to code. I declined this as I plan on getting a new water heater installed in the near future and this work can be done then. I will call him to do this work.
