Description of Work: They came did an inspection at the time indicated. Returned did the termite extermination, cleaned up, explained the guarantee. Tried the up-sell to regular bug extermination but we are happy with our current exterminator. Price of each was the same. We had several exterminators and the one we have now really does keep the bugs away, so no need to change. Did have a follow-up call from the company to make sure we were satisfied, tried the up-sell one more time, but politely accepted our decision not to change. Not to go off topic but if you ever try Eco Shield exterminators beware. Bugs don't die, cancelation is costly and for some reason (if you were on auto-pay, check your account regularly).

Description of Work: I wish I had gone with them years ago!! I've never had such a thorough inspection. They are also going to help my 85 year old mom recover costs from years of neglect from her former termite company that charged her every year and did nothing!! Nicest people ever!!

Description of Work: Called with emergency bee hive problem on Sept 3, 2012 at approximately 2 PM. Left phone message stating I had called them because of Angie's List recommendation. Rec'd NO call back, and it is now Friday, September 7, 2012. Used competitor, "The Bee Man", whom I found in Yellow Pages. They were out THAT same day (this was Wednesday Sept 5, 2012) and fully solved the bee hive problem I had. I would NOT give "The Bugman" any recommendation. The least they could have done is CALL ME BACK!
