He’s done an excellent job. When I saw rats in the trees and running along the back fence, he supplied the necessary feed boxes to trap them. He makes sure all spider webs are brushed down.

The Bugman was fantastic. We have a regular pest control company that we normally use, who is also very good, but they couldn't schedule anyone to come out for a couple of weeks. The Bugman was able to schedule us within a few days of our initial call. The technician who came out immediately identified the insect, did a thorough inspection, and made his very reasonable recommendation. He then scheduled with us to have another technician to come out with him to do the actual extermination. They were able to come back within 2 days. They eradicated the infestation, and we have not seen another one since. I'd also like to say that their scheduler was extremely polite and professional on the phone, as were the two technicians with whom we dealt in person.

It went well, though there was some miscommunication between the inspector and service provider. it was resolved quickly to my satisfaction.

We have been using The Bugman for many years. Their service team is ALWAYS professional and friendly. They are thorough and want to make sure you have all the information possible to make choices. In the past I had subterranean termites in my living room they had to drill into the slab for. The termites came back twice, The Bugman team came back both times without charge as they guarantee their work. Every area they have treated over the years has had no residual activity. Owning our home for 20+ years, we know termites are just a part of home ownership in California. They are treating 3 places today including subterranean termites under an addition. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and their customer service and pest control is beyond reproach.

The inspector, Jake was polite, neat and thorough. We had two other companies do inspections shortly before, and Jake caught some damage and drywood termite activity the others missed. He also caught an infestation of subterranean which the others also missed. This is why we went with The Bugman. Also the cost was substantially lower than the others'. The treatment itself done by Cody and was thorough and neat. We got a KFI 1 year free service agreement too, ($325 value). Although we would have gotten the service agreement anyway even without the first free year.

They were great. We called them first and called quite a few other companies afterward. They were all running about the same price but the other companies found some other spots where termites had been. I spoke with The Bugman and they took care of all of the spots, even the ones the other companies had marked. We got a 1 year warranty as well so they'll come back if we have any troubles.

I discovered termite "trash" in my closet which is below the attic so I knew we had termites. We called The Bugman and Robert came out to inspect our 2 story home. He was very professional and informative. The termites were found to be only in the area above the closet. We decided to use their services. Elliott came out a couple of days later within the timeline they gave me and performed the service. We also bought the yearly checkup with the provision that any further termites found in the future this service will take care of them at no further cost to us. Probably the reason we bought it was that there was absolutely no pressure to buy.

Ants are a big problem in the house recently. Bugman came to inspect almost immediately. They came to spray outside around the house 2 days later. They said that it takes 5 days for ants to disappear. It is only the 3rd day now and we can see the difference already.

It was fine except for the deck in the back, my brother was doing some repairs and came upon some termites, call them the bugman and they send someone to check.

2 gentleman arrived, told me what they were going to do, they were professional, polite, focused, went about their work quietly and 3 hours later were done. Follow up from the office has been professional and I would totally tell anyone to use their services. A friend and her husband recommended them and I was absolutely pleased.

The moving out and packing all those bags was daunting. The negative side of having my house tented was the fact that when the Gas Company came out to turn the gas back on my water heated couldn't be lit something went wrong with the gas valve which I can't blame on The Bugman.

The inspection went welll from start to finish. Not much else to report.

We called the Bugman out for an inspection because we were getting a lot of bug bites on a nightly basis, and I had a growing fear and loss of sleep.... could it be bed bugs???? After calling another pest control company that had very high reviews on Angie's list only to find out that they had a $75 inspection fee, I was very happy to find that the Bugman does NOT charge for the inspection. Two inspectors came to our home and did a thorough inspection with extra emphasis on the bedrooms, mattresses, box springs, closets ... they were extremely professional and genuinely nice people. The inspection continued to the outside perimeter of the house after the inside was complete. We did not have any infestations of any kind (phew!). It appears to have been mosquitos and the problem seems to have resolved itself with the change in weather. The Bugman did provide us with a proposal for one-time or quarterly maintenance service with absolutely NO pressure. The inspection process was very easy - it did not feel invasive in any way - both of the Bugman representatives made me feel comfortable and informed during the inspection. I will definitely use them in the future for any pest control issues and they will be my first choice when it comes time for a termite inspection. Our minds were at ease as to our current situation, we have options for the future, and have a new company that we trust for future service -- all for NO CHARGE. Thank you!

Not really too bad of an infestation. I guess we caught it early. The bugman estimator came out and gave us an estimate of $900. More on that later. Anyway, he was very thorough and professional. Went around the house, in the attic, the garage (not on the roof) and found the areas with termites. Made a chart of the areas for the fumigator. I was freaking out about the termites so we made an appointment right away for the next week. The fumigator came and was also very good. He methodically went around the house and sprayed the areas. He also went on the roof and found a couple spots that the estimator missed since he doesn't go on the roof. The whole thing took a little over an hour. Basically it involved going around with a drill in the areas, drilling a hole and squirting the pesticide in it. Then they fill up the hole with something. Like I said, I was very happy with his work. He cleaned everything up and went on his way. I guess my only issue is the price. $900 an hour? After discovering termites I was in too much of a hurry to get other bids. I won't make that mistake again.

A tech (Mr. Montecinos) came out on 5/2/12 to inspect our house for termites. He did a thorough inspection of our 2-story house that included looking carefully around corners and ceilings of each room, checking for termite droppings/debris in closets and going into our 2 attics to search for signs of termites. In addition, he also went into the crawl space under our house and did a complete inspection of the inside of our garage. He used chalk to mark for the presence of termites in our attic as well as in our garage (the markings were not unsightly). Around the outside of the house, he used a large, metal stick to tap on wooden parts (e.g. fascia, rafters, shiplap, eaves, etc.) to check for the presence of termites. A fully detailed report of where we had termite infestation as well as complete details of how they would treat the termites was also given. In addition, he patiently explained the areas where we had termites as well as the different kinds (i.e. drywood termites in wood structures / subterranean termites under the house) of termites we had. Since I preferred not having to tent the house, Mr. Montecinos was very attentive in deciding on the best way to get rid of the termites, as well as meet my request. There were 2 techs that did each job, on different days. Both techs were courteous and polite and did their jobs efficiently. The first tech (Mr. Mariscal) sprayed the termites on 5/3/12. He layed tarps down to protect our carpet, before entering the attics. A tarp was also used when he went under the house to spray. While he was in our home, he wore protective shoe coverings to help keep our carpet clean. The whole process was done in under 90 minutes. The 2nd tech (Mr. Ruiz) sprayed for the ants on 5/4/12. He asked me about the areas that I wanted treated and also inquired as to whether I had any pets or plants that he needed to be careful of. He explained that the Termidor was colorless and odorless and it would take a few days for it to be effective. It's been over 3 months since our house was treated and I haven't seen any signs of termites or ants.

I found about them probably through reference. They just seemed like they knew what they were doing. They were punctual and polite, and they got the job done properly.

I have no problems at all with termites and other pests now. They return calls quickly. They give good information. There's no problem with the work done. They are able to get the work done quickly and that's about it. I will use their services again in the future.

Everything was fine with the guy who came out. He was very professional and seemed very thorough but I preferred to have the place tainted instead. He was responsive.

They were very efficient. They looked at the issue and discussed it with me. They sprayed for the termites and came back to check on it. They provided good service. The price was fair and they were very professional.

They were good people and willing to come back every few months for some basic outside treatment. They came, I showed them around the house and they began the work. It only took them 15 minutes to complete the treatment. Then every 3 months they call you to make an appointment and they spray the house again. They were very nice people. As far as the price goes, I am not sure what the going price is for this kind of service.

The Bugman referred me to Accuracy Plus Pest Control. The serviceman that came out said that The Bugman often times gets so many calls that they have to outsource some of them to other service providers. The Bugman didn't let me know that they had outsourced the work to someone else.
