This service was purchased as an Angie's List Deal so I believe the price was very good. However, there were many communication issues through out the process and the work took several weeks and many calls to the business before the job was completed. It started badly when the serviceman was a no show for the initial appointment. After waiting for over an hour and making multiple phone calls, I discovered he went to the wrong address. When he finally arrived, he seemed to be very nice, completed the inspection and arranged a date when he could return to perform the work. Unfortunately, when he returned the work was not completed as stated in the agreement. It took several calls to the business and additional visits by the service people before the job was done.

That deal was fine. I no longer live in that house, but they were fine. The service was satisfactory. I had a good experience with them, and I would use them again in the future.

We had a small snafu with the scheduling, but it was quickly resolved and another workman was scheduled. He was prompt, courteous and knew EXACTLY what we needed done. We have been bug free ever since!

It wasn’t hard to get them scheduled for the estimate. The work comes with a 3-year guarantee. Their technician was sick and they were out of communication with us for about a week. They hired a new employee and since then the communication has been better.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went all right. There were no additional charges. He made sure he gave me the 4 year warranty. There was nothing particularly good or particularly bad; it was average. He came in and did the termites and that was it. He didn't do an inspection because I already had that done. There was nothing over the top. There is no way for me to know the quality for sure until I live in the house a little longer.

Things went very well. Serviceman was professional, sprayed house for crickets . Problem seems to have been resolved.

My experience with them went well; it went pretty good. I am thinking of using them again. We were actually having a lot of ants inside and around the house at that time. That was the reason I bought that Big Deal. They came and sprayed. Soon after they sprayed the ants went away and we didn’t see any ants for about six months or so. It was just one guy who came. He came, introduced himself and he sprayed around the house. I would definitely recommend them because it was really effective. The price was pretty good.

They came in and resolved the problem. They found an area where the rodents were coming in and having babies. They were prompt and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the service.

The service was alright. They didn't find anything, so I guess I didn't need them. The package I purchased wasn't really needed. It should have been an inspection and that was it. The guy was very honest and did the treatment in one day. I don't think it was worth the price I paid. He did mention a refund, but nothing ever came of it. I would use this company again in the future.

They've done a good job and were very responsive when an issue came up. I would use them again.

The deal is for 1 year of quarterly pest control treatments for $299. The first visit did not bode well. The exterminator was late (after I took time off from work and already waiting through the agreed upon arrival window) and the cockroaches were still all over the place two weeks after the first treatment. I called and explained the situation and they agreed to spray again (second time in two weeks). This second treatment seems to have eliminated the infestation. I'm assuming the advanced second treatment counted towards the second quarterly treatment. It's been about a month now and the cockroaches seem to have gone, but it is the colder winter season and may not be as active anyway. Time will tell and two treatments are still to be had. An update to follow in the coming months.

Tent fumigation of house. Very professional, punctual, and were careful with protecting plants as much as possible. I was vet happy with the experience and recommend them highly.

Received an email confirmation of the order with a promise of followup. Nothing was done for three months. I was given the choice of continuing to work with Termigone or receiving a refund. I chose to continue to work with them. Finally, we got a call to schedule the appointment. Stanley, the owner, arrived on time and performed the service. He was both professional and cordial. Since the services were provided in January, I can't remember any more details. Angie's list knows what the service cost, because we bought the service through Angie's List. I don't have time to look through my records for the cost of service.

My experience with them went okay. I thought that the communication was a little weak but they seemed to respond well when I did contact them. The quality of work was fine. They got rid of the ants’ problem for me. I don’t think I spent anything more than the Big Deal coupon. I was satisfied with them.

It went fine and I do not remember any problems. We are still waiting to see if anything is going to happen. I did not pay more.

Oh, just adore Stanley. Spent time talking to me about what he was going to do making sure that my little Yorkies were put up so they would not be affected by the chemicals. He also made recommendations on having the trees cut away from the house so I wouldn't get rodents, etc. What a super, super guy and am so very glad I purchased this offer. Stanley made sure to tell me that if I wasn't satisfied, or if I saw ants and spiders (not dead ones), to let him know and he would be right back out regardless of the 'quarterly' scheduled. Went very well. Arrived on time. Was very polite. Seemed quite competent.

Bought a deal for quarterly pest treatment. They came and sprayed twice with no noticeable decline in outdoor pests. Called because we are moving a mile and a half away and they won't spray at new house because the deal is non transferable. Called a second time to ask to reconsider and they haven't returned my call.

Horrible. I am a university professor and I have told hundreds of students, literally, about your company's incompetence.
